Chapter 35: Identifying The Snake

Cassandra wasn't sure she could digest more bloodshed, especially one done in her name. 

"Let it go, I am sure it was just a snake. I feel better now," Cassandra requested, trying to squirm away from his hold. But Siroos had other plans. 

He mind linked Ranon, his eyes blinking rapidly as he passed him orders. Once he was done, he focused on Cassandra. 

"We get to the bottom of this. Right this instant. Ranon is bringing all the snake shifters. They will shift right before your eyes and you will identify if any of them was the snake who bit you," Siroos firmly informed her, giving her no option to resist.
