Chapter 140: Chapter 140 : Against Danzo [4]
It didn't took long for Danzo to lose his last Sharingan as well. No matter what, Shika always had an solution ready, like he completed plan his plan around his powers and his capabilities.
This was frightening how he knew about his powers, Danzo not on his last leg was getting anxious. The earlier confidence about Killing both Sasuke and Shika and plugging out their Sharinga was gone.
Now he was just wanted to save his own life. He thought that once he learn about Shika's powers, he could take him down, but just as his kunai was near his neck, Shika was able to dodge like he saw future and stab his own heart instead.
Now Danzo had no Sharingan left.
'I need to run...retreat for now. I can't die here, I have yet to become the Hokage, there is no way I will die here. Not by the hand of this Uchiha brats.' Danzo gritted his teeth and quickly form hand sighs.
Sasuke thought that he was doing some another attack but Shika knew better.
And the next second Danzo was gone, nowhere to be seen. Shika didn't even bother moving, just stood there waiting for Danzo to come back.
"What are you doing, let's go chase him down." Sasuke shouted as soon as his mind recognize what just happened.
"Don't bother, he will come back soon enough." Shika just wave is hand with relax chill tone.
'Coming back ?' Sasuke didn't understood but he didn't bother asking it, by now he knew Shika enough to know that he already must have taken some prevention to stop Danzo from running away.
Danzo was quickly running away, as long as he can reach to the village, no just get out of the root base. Then he can get away from here, this was his base, no one knew it better him than.
*BAM…
But just as he was running away, suddenly he crash face first into something. It was not just a mere wall. Rather it felt like the moment whatever it was come in contact with him, he was thrown back with a shock.
The shock was enough to make him dizzy for a second, but he shake his heads and immediately got up.
That one shock from hitting what he could only say as a invisible barrier almost burn him. So he was cautious this time when he went ahead to touch the invisible barrier.
As soon as his hand went near were he encounter the barrier, another shock wave threw his hand back, stinging.
"What kind of barrier is this…" Danzo mutter to himself, after checking that no one was following him he try to dissolve the barrier only to find that it was not reacting to anything unusual anti-barrier technique he knew. Which make sense, considering that the barrier was not a product of chakra but rather curse energy.
Danzo after trying out everything was exasperated.
Nothing what he knew about normal Barriers helped him here, not even his reverse summoning was working right now.
This was again Shika's doing, he put seals just so that Danzo can't run away.
"Are you done, by now you should have realized that you can't run away. So lets stop wasting time and end this fight already. Remember you started it, I am just finishing it." Suddenly a voice came, immediately putting Danzo on alert.
He turn and there it was, Shika was looking at him with those red Sharingan. Sasuke as also there.
"Sasuke do you wanna take this one or I…." Shika glance at Sasuke and asked, but just before he could complete his question, Danzo on the side flare out.
"You Uchiha brat, what do you think you are doing. Are you planning on betraying the village, is are you rebelling." Danzo shouted, now that he knew that he can't get their Sharingan, the only way to survive was to use his influence and position in the village to put pressure on them.
"Of course not, we are just as much loyal to the village as you are Danzo Sama, but your way of dealing with things will ruin the village, I can't let that happen.
Please understand our plight,
This all For Konoha…." Shika reply with a smile on his face, oh how much he wanted to say this right in front of his face, and sure enough, Danzo's face was looking black and blue by now.
"Stop the idea chat, Anbu will soon be here." Sasuke on the side snap and was already making seals. Both Danzo and Shika knew the seals.
Soon a chirping sound of lightning echoed in the cave, putting Danzo on defensive while Shika just shook his head.
'Idiot, there is a reason I am maintaining my distance, Danzo still have a trump card in him, and a dangerous one at that.
Shika wanted to say it to Sasuke was the fool was already charging towards Danzo.
Danzo truely was against the wall now. He had no other plans on his hands. There was only one thing which he could do, For Konoha. Kill this two both Uchiha brats here so that they don't act against the village.
But then there was a thought struck him, maybe there was a way to get out of here….
He immediately form hand signs and the next second he was gone again.
Leaving Sasuke who was charging Chidori at him leaves there like a fool. Staring at the walls of the cave with a shit eating face.
"Oh, he didn't detonate himself, interesting, if not then maybe he is going there…" Shika grin and started walking again, know already where Danzo was going.
"Come on, stop day dreaming already," Shika shouted back to Sasuke who just hmm embarrassingly.
After a 5-minute walk, they arrived, this was the plece where they were keeping Karin.
Danzo was there with an ugly face. Now no other option but to die and take the two Uchiha demons with him.
"I thought that you will come here, its so much like you. If you can't run away then blackmail. Haha…" Shika said and grab the moving hands of Sasuke who was looking like he was about to pull another Chidori, however, Shika stopped him.
"Its my turn, don't you think so…" Shika asked and formed a hand sign unknown to others.
'This…' both Sasuke and Danzo squinted their eyes, not recognising the hand sign. However, Sasuke did know that Shika use a different kind of handsign for his summons.
But nothing happened. No beast was summoned.
"I heard you call yourself the shadow of the village. The one who protect the village from Shadow, was it…
I wonder whether you truely understands what really do lie in shadow's…" Shika said and soon the area around him started to cover in shadows.
The entire place turn dark.
Both Sasuke and Danzo were taken a back, at first they thought this was a Nara clan technique but soon they realized that wasn't the case…

Chapter 141: Chapter 141 : Kill Danzo
Darkness engulfed the entire place, no light was there only darkness, even with Sharingan Sasuke couldn't see what was going on, let alone Danzo.
Originally, Shadow Garden was a complete dome of darkness but yet people could see each other inside.
Shika after using this against Urashki for the first time realized that he don't need that, in fact it was completely pointless since with his practice in silent killing he learn from Zabuza's, he can work even in the absence of his sight.
His Domain wasn't an outright offence one like Unlimited Void of Malovelent Shrine, it just enchance his ability to use his of Ten Shadow to higher degree.
Since that was the case, then he decided to use it as much as in his favor, so with a simple bringing vow, he simple just remove the ability to see inside the Domain.
Thought it was per domain basic, so he could change it if he wants to, binding vows work on the basic of Risks.
The cost of taking away others ability to see was his own sight inside the domain. Might be a downgrade for others but not for him.
As soon as the Domain was deployed, everyone was blind, Danzo who was about to detonate himself stopped midway while Sasuke who was about to go Chidori flaring also stopped all her moment.
This was very similar to the hidden mist technique which Shika use against him, he knew that but this was more than that, he could feel it.
A lost of sight for a dojutsu user was extremely compromising position, so Sasuke usually find it ridiculous how Shika willingly put himself in such situation.
Danzo not being able to see anything was in an passive situation right now, he was ready to detonate him, sacrifice his life to protect the village from the evil of Uchiha.
However, that depends on whether he can take down the two demon's spawns, without taking them down, his dying here had no meaning. So he buy his time waiting for a way to us his last trump card.
Little did he knew that, that was a blunder on his part. Shika didn't do anything for a little while, making both Danzo and Sasuke confuse and anxious.
"Shika, what are you doing ?" Sasuke asked but no one reply. Not even others could hear him. Shika use yet another binding vow to completely cut off sound waves inside the domain. Though unlike sight, he could hear them.
Now he can even say this was his own dark void. And for a good reason. Cutting others senses was important to make his domain more deadly or dangerous.
Danzo after waiting there for few more minutes had enough so he immediately started to waving hand signs, of course suspected this being Genjutsu and tried dispelling it, didn't work.
Now, he was planning on shattering this shadow jutsu entirely, however just as he was about to do that, he felt a heart felt palpitation. Something was wrong. he could feel it but neither he saw anything nor he heard anything wrong around him.
And the next second something slam into him with so much power that it directly pulverised his bones and ruptured all of his muscles. If Shika haven't block the sound then there would have been a very loud crash sound just about now.
Even before Danzo could think about using his last trump card, he was defeated. Not just defeated but completely knocked out. Maybe death, Shika can't say for sure. The Ox sometimes is not under his control on how much power he generates when charging.
Shika didn't got much time after using Ox against Urashiki. The power he generated by charging up was not linear at all, it hard to say how much power it can generate by charging how much distance. He only saw what the Ox was truly capable of when he use it against Urahiski.
This particular Shikigami was power, he certainly can't use it against agile Ninja all the time but as long as the target is stationed in one place and there is enough place for the Ox to charge, it can generate devastating results.
So, after learning what the Ox was capable of, Shika's mind immediately started to find way to keep his target stationed in one place and provide Ox enough place to charged up.
Both things can be achieved easily with just his domain, another part of him using binding vow to remove both vision and hearing inside his domain was this, that enemy don't see the Ox coming.
And just as the shadow had engulfed the place, the shadow receaded. Leaving Sasuke there stood in daze, wondering what just happened.
He looked around and saw Shika too there staring down at an completly blood soaked body of Danzo.
He went down and check on him…" Yeah, he can't be more death. We are done here." Shika smiled and then got up, after making sure he store Danzo's body inside a scroll.
" What was that…" Sasuke now didn't care, though he wanted to kill Danzo himself after partially knowing that he was behind Uchiha clan's massacre, however he knew his own strength well.
He wouldn't have stand a chance, a fact that both angered him and made him more determined to get stronger. And now he knew how can help him get strong.
He stare at Shika with burning eyes, however, refrain from saying anything for the time being. This wasn't the time.
"What now…" Sasuke asked him, as they both just stood there in silence.
"Now we get out of here, this village entirely, I made sure that there is no one who will know about this, at least not until morning, so we have some time.
Go and get ready. If you want to meet someone then do so. This village don't have anything anymore which can make us stronger.
Staying here will only cost us more time and delay our goal. Of course, if you don't want to then forget it, just go back to your apartment and forget anything happened. No one will suspect you I will make sure about it." Shika said and waited for Sasuke's response.
He didn't wanted to do this, he can still stay in the village and no one will doubt a thing that he was the one who killed Danzo and other elders, however, what the point in staying here and waiting for the things to spiral out of control.
In just less than two years, the most troublesome organization in this world will start looking for the Jinchuriki's.
He wasn't just gonna waste here and let them do that, if possible he rather finish them all before they even start their main mission.
Something which he certainly can't do if he stay in Village.
"Are you in…" Shika asked, not sure whether Sasuke was ready to go without the village? In the anime he did but the anime was much different. This Sasuke was much different than that revenge filled brat.
"Hm, don't Take too long, meet me outside as soon as possible." Sasuke said and walked off.
"Huh, maybe not that different." Shika shrugged. His mind was already planning things out on how he gonna work from now on.
"I will be needing a team, I alone can't do anything. Then there is a base of operation and funds.
To go against the likes of Akatsuki, Obito, Black Zetsu and Madara Uchiha. I have to get stronger and plan things rights." Shika mutter and then look around him.
"I should thanks Danzo in this regards, he left many resources here for me to start with…. " Shika grinned.
