Chapter 117: Chapter 117 : Vs Urashiki
By the time Shika got out of the hospital, the chaos caused by Urashiki was enough to draw his attention towards him. Though he wasn't sure what was going on but upon just hearing that their village was under attack, more like one intruder but whatever, he knew immediately where he had to go.
If his estimate was right and no plot hole was in this real world then Urashiki was supposed to be crazy strong, that dude in his base form might not that be strong but once he turned into that freak show, he was a completely different case altogether.
Shika rushes while also preparing for the worst. If worst comes to shove then he has to release Mahoraga inside the village, very similar to Bruce Banner turning Hulk inside a small room full of people. A very bad combination but he had to do with it.

As the signal for an attack echoed through the Hidden Leaf Village, both adult Sasuke and his teenage counterpart rushed in, hearts pounding with urgency.
Technically Adult Sasuke wasn't supposed to know what this signal meant as he was pretending to be an outsider but when the signal was given, Teen Sasuke didn't bother too much about thinking this sort of thing, all his speed both of them rushed inside the village to see what was happening. Adult Sasuke was especially worried becuase he had an idea who could this person be and he didn't like where this was going, he hadn't still recovered enough chakra to fight against an Otsutsuki yet. And currently, the village has no one who can fight that guy, at least not anyone he knows of. Though maybe Jiraiya with sage mode.
They arrived to find the village already in chaos. Buildings were damaged, and injured shinobi littered the streets. In the middle of it all stood Urashiki Otsutsuki, his eerie presence sending shivers through everyone nearby.
Teen Sasuke was stunned, his Sharingan activated as he took in the situation. He'd never seen anything like Urashiki before. "What is that?" he muttered, confused and cautious.
Adult Sasuke, however, knew exactly what they were up against. "That… Hmm you will know sooner or later so forget it, I have to go and help" he said grimly. "This is bad."
Up ahead, Jiraiya was the only one still holding his ground against Urashiki, but it was clear he was barely managing. Despite his immense strength and experience, Jiraiya was struggling to keep up with Urashiki. And that was only for one reason, Urashiki was able to absorb pretty much any Ninjutsu Jiraiya threw at him, and when it comes to Jiraiya, he was an Ninjutsu expert like Orochimaru. So this match was not going well for him. If only he knew that both Taijutsu and Senjutsu work better against an Otsutsuki.
"Are you Akatsuki… why you are after Tail Beast." Of course, Jiraiya confuses Urashiki with a member of Akatsuki. Recently two members visited the village, both Itachi and Kisame for Nine Tails and even went after Naruto when he was with Jiraiya so he didn't think that those guys would send more people, but they did and only one person.
So now the doubt was, who is this man? Is he the leader of Akatsuki? And more than anything.
Is that Bayakugan?
Jiraiya wasn't the only one asking this question, many were but none more than the members of the Hyuga Clan. Seeing their bloodline on someone else like this infuriated them and pulled them into the fight even when they were not asked to.
Though none was a match of Urashiki, not even Hiashi. So Jiraiya was the only one who could have handled the situation here.
His usually confident smirk was gone, replaced by a look of sheer concentration as he dodged and countered with his summoning jutsu and ninjutsu, but Urashiki was hardly phased.
Seeing this, adult Sasuke wasted no time. Despite his own condition—chakra nearly depleted and down to only one Mangekyo Sharingan—he knew he had to step in. "Stay back for now," he told his younger self, who was already charging a Chidori by now.
Sasuke leapt into the fray, his sword drawn and his Mangekyo Sharingan spinning, though he tried to hide those eyes as much as possible. He aimed for Urashiki, hoping to strike a blow while Jiraiya kept the Otsutsuki busy.
Urashiki smirked as he sensed Sasuke approaching. "Another one? You think this will change anything?"
Sasuke's sword met Urashiki's chakra rod in a shower of sparks, but it was clear from the first exchange that Sasuke, even with his abilities, wasn't at full strength. He'd been pushed to his limits in previous battles, and now with only one functioning Mangekyo Sharingan, he could barely match Urashiki's overwhelming power.
"Thanks, whoever you are. Can you hold him alone for a little while?" Jiraiya here never met Adult Sasuke but he did his own little investigation seeing how similar Haruta (Boruto) was to Naruto. A Shinobi's nature is suspicious after all, they look underneath the underneath.
He knew that there was one more person with Boruto and by Sasuke's presence alone could tell that Sasuke was strong.
However, only now that he realized just how strong, so he thought that maybe he could enter Sage mode if Sasuke held back this alien for a little bit.
As for believing Adult Sasuke? Well, he didn't but for the time being they were working together and that was all that mattered.
"No" But unfortunately Sasuke knew what Jiraiya was trying to do. And he really can't handle Urashiki in his condition.
" Sometimes I am jealous of that idiot's absurd chakra recovery rate," Sasuke muttered under his breath, cursing his own chakra-depleted state while fighting Urashiki.
Still, Sasuke fought alongside Jiraiya. The two of them coordinated their attacks with the remaining shinobi, trying to push Urashiki back.
Even weakened, adult Sasuke was able to hold his own for a few moments, his Sharingan reading Urashiki's movements just enough to avoid fatal blows.
For the first time in the battle, Urashiki's smirk faded slightly.
And this was what Shika came to see happening on his arrival. Noticing both Jiraiya and Adult Sasuke fighting Urashiki who really looked like an alien came from outer space with his second form which almost didn't look human anymore.
Smacking his lips he turns his attention to find the person in concern. Soon he spotted Naroto and Boruto there, still standing there like an idiot when this alien terminator was behind him.
However, if that wasn't it, he also noticed Teen Sasuke staring solely at the fighting happening and when Shika saw what was he looking at, a headache started to come to him.
Adult Sasuke was using Sharingan and thought he was trying to hide it from others but since even Shika was able to see it, there was no way that Teen Sasuke wasn't.
And that was the only thing, if they can then that means the people around them can as well.
"Troublesome….

Chapter 118: Chapter 118 : Vs Urashiki 2
Shika at first thinks that Sasuke seeing Adult Sasuke using Sharingan would snap out, mistaking him for Itachi in disguise or someone stealing the Sharingan, but to his surprise, none of that happened.
Making him wonder whether his talk with that Emo bastard really bore some fruit.
Shika's line of thinking was correct, Sasuke was influenced by his talk but that wasn't the only thing. His adult version also made him think about his actions and current situation.
And for that, the current Sasuke wasn't as big of an asshole as in the cannon.
Sighing, Shika looked back at the fight between Jiraiya, Adult Sasuke and Urashiki and boy this was getting intense.
Even after not pulling any punches back, both Jiraiya and Adult Sasuke were getting hammered hard.

The fight between Urashiki, Jiraiya, and adult Sasuke was intense. Urashiki hovered in the air with a menacing grin, his air mobility possessed its own set of challenges for both, having absorbed chakra from the earlier ninja who tried to stop him. He raised his hand, unleashing a Gale Palm Technique, sending a powerful gust of wind toward Jiraiya and Sasuke, forcing them to jump back to avoid being blown away.
Jiraiya tried to counter with a Rasengan. He dashed forward with incredible speed, aiming the spiralling sphere of chakra at Urashiki. But Urashiki was able to absorb that attack like any every other attack.
Truly attacking an Otsutsuki with Chakra attacks was useless. Knowing that there was no other option, he ultimately had to summon the two great sages of Mount Mayoboku mountain. While he gathered senjutsu chakra he couldn't move around much so he needed their help.
"You can have this back," Urashiki said and recreated the Rasengan he stole from Jiraiya to hit him.
Jiraiya, not being able to use any jutsu while entering into Sage mode, couldn't do anything but run.
Seeing this Urashiki prepared to unleash a Fireball Technique he had absorbed earlier from the Leaf's ninjas. The large fireball roared toward Jiraiya, but Sasuke intervened, using his Chidori on his blade to cut through the flames.
Sasuke glared at Urashiki with his remaining Mangekyo Sharingan. "Don't use Chakra against him, and stay vigilant of that hook of his," Sasuke shouted, he knew what Urashiki was capable but others didn't, telling them now was important otherwise they would just keep on feeding that alien more chakra.
Urashiki smirked and then activated another jutsu he'd absorbed—Shadow Possession Technique. The shadows shot out from his feet, trying to bind both Sasuke and Jiraiya. Sasuke leapt backwards, narrowly avoiding the shadow tendrils, while Jiraiya was forced to release a Summoning Jutsu, calling forth the massive toad Gamaken to block the shadows. It still baffled Shika how that man was able to do hind signs, with his feet.
"You're a tricky one," Jiraiya muttered, his brows furrowing in frustration.
Urashiki's Finnegan glowed again, and with a sudden movement, he disappeared, only to reappear in front of Sasuke, swinging a chakra rod at his chest. Sasuke barely managed to block with his sword, but the force sent him skidding back.
Shika on the side seeing this was taken aback, he didn't remember all of Urashiki's powers so this time even for him this ability was unknown.
Urashiki muttered with a little irritation. "Why don't you pest just die already."
Shika on the side has to say, that though he doesn't remember much of Boruto, but he still remembers this particular guy being full of himself, in fact, a big reason why he died in the end was because he didn't take the fight seriously from the starting.
He had many opportunities to kill both Boruto, Sasuke, Jiraiya or Naruto but he didn't. That led to his downfall. He was just too arrogant.
And that same thing was happening here, he was really too full of himself.
The only difference here is that he actually has the power to back that arrogance of his.
He is way too powerful compared to what Shika remember of the the cannon and that makes sense, being an Otsutsuki means that he is supposed to be. Boruto has an absurd power-scaling problem which ruins the show alongside many other things, but now when this guy is Shika's reality he is starting to understand just how terrible he is.
Sasuke panted, clearly exhausted from the prolonged battle. His chakra reserves were running low, and fighting with just one Mangekyo Sharingan was taking a toll. Still, he refused to give up. He lunged forward with his sword, aiming for Urashiki's head, but once again, Urashiki's Rinnegan ability allowed him to warp space and evade the attack.
As the battle raged on, it became clear that Urashiki was a step ahead. His combination of stolen jutsu and his own abilities made him a nearly unstoppable force. Each time Jiraiya and Sasuke tried to land a decisive blow, Urashiki either dodged or retaliated with overwhelming power.
But the most bugging ability he had was that he was constantly able to dodge any of their attacks. Only one attack landed on him that that was on his blind spot when he didn't had his Bayakugan on but rather his Rinnegan.
Truly a boss-level challenge.
Shika heavily shook his head. Trying to get his head back into the game, he urgently needed a way to beat this guy.
He actually had a way, but it was only one one-time technique that he could do which he saved for Mahoraga. Not to mention doing it right is extremely hard and will need a lot of preparation.
He rock his brain for any other option but there is none right now in his mind. Maybe using that secret one-time attack was his only way.
As he was ready to start preparing he suddenly heard something which stopped him right on the track.
"Ninjutsu and Fuinjutsu don't work you say. Well, good thing that I delay my next mission. Otherwise, I would have missed out on this fight.
I have to say it, this one is practically tailor-made for me.
It's time for Konoha's Blue Beast to emerge once again."
