A week later, Jack gathered Kuina and the others and headed towards Hancock's homeland, Amazon Lily. With his new bounty, Jack had nowhere safe to go. After spending two years building his pirate base in the City of Seven Waters, Jack chose to hide in Amazon Lily to avoid the limelight.

Someone had embarrassed him, and now that person had escaped. The Marine boss was furious.
When the Marine boss reviewed Jack's resume, his face darkened further.
"This is a troubling individual. No wonder the sword that could block me could also injure a Marine Vice Admiral. This guy must die, or he will be a significant threat to Marine in the future!"
"Increase the efforts! Find this traitor at all costs!" the Marine boss bellowed.
