Raena has never done something like that before! Yes, she might have seen her governess make potions out of black stuff, and not that she has memorized how it is done, but those herbs only local in Shadowlands could never compare with the ones available perhaps in the Academy. 

'Am I doomed?' To ease up her tension, Raena looked at Vladimir, only to find him looking as pale as ever. She could not help but giggle at the sight of him! He really is not a fan of magic. 

Then, she took a glance at Aurora, who seemed to be calm and collected anyway. Well, what do you expect from someone who learned within the main castle of the Kingdom of Elaria?
