Exhausted yet blissful, Rain let Alexander guide her to the luxurious bath filled with warm water and delicate bubbles. As he lowered her into the soothing water, Rain instantly felt relaxed.

"I'll be right back to join you," he hummed, disappearing quickly. Rain frowned, curious, but he returned moments later, sliding into the spacious tub behind her.

"What were you up to?" she asked as his hands began massaging her shoulders and back, each gentle touch rekindling the warmth between them.

"Just changed the covers on the sofa," he replied with a soft smile. "There was a small blood stain, and I wanted to make sure you'd be comfortable later."
