While Fervis and Eve had their power struggle, out of the window, I heard a loud bang, which was followed by a resounding patter of drums.

This sound immediately interrupted Fervis and Eve's argument, and they both turned to the window. A loud group of cheering emerged as I and filled all of our ears and I swiftly turned back toward Fervis to question her.

"Fervis, what's going on?"

Fervis and even looked at each other for a moment before they both turned toward me with a smug smile dancing on both of their faces.

"The Opening Ceremony of the Royal Games is beginning."

As Fervis and Eve spoke in unison, a massive explosion of light erupted in the air. I turned back toward Fervis and Eve in confusion, but to my surprise, Eve was pushing Fervis out of the room.

"You two are both being introduced as honorable guests, right? You need to get a move on it, then."
