[A/N: If you like Fantasy-Type Novels, please check out my Novel on my original Webnovel Account. It's called Darkstone Legacy and I would greatly appreciate it if you'd read it.

Fyi, my original account is an Anime Smut Fanfic account. My most read story is a Fairy Tail Smut. Darkstone Legacy is the only non-smut work I have there.]

[Harrenhal, Riverlands]

(Rhaegon's POV)

"It is quite an honor to be before you, Ser Rhaegon." Brynden Tully said as he bowed slightly

"The honor is mine, Ser Brynden." I said, "You're the famous Blackfish, you're a legend. Come, sit down. We shall endure this bore together."

I was in one of the halls of Harren's Castle, a few days after my quick and pointless tour of the Westerlands. Not many Houses showed up to Casterly Rock. I heard from Lord Kevan that Tywin told them not to bother.

This bothered me. I might go to King's Landing before going to Runestone and give him a piece of mind

"I regret not having any daughters to offer you. Ser Rhaegon." Ser Brynden said as he walked around the table I sat and pulled a chair out, "But alas, my Lord Brother has sent me to see what you think of the River Ladies."

"How is Lord Hoster's health?" I asked, "I hope he is well."

"Bed-ridden, yes, but he's getting better." He said as he sat down, "I appreciate you for asking. Say, how many proposals have you gotten today?"

"More than at Casterly Rock, I can tell you that." I said, "Blackwood, Bracken, Mallister, Mudd, and Paege....all these houses have lovely daughters....."

"And which are going on the list?" He asked

"Uh...." I said as I picked up the paper and had two names written down, "Blackwood and Bracken....their girls seem sweet and have good smiles."

"Oh, them." He said with a chuckle, "You might trigger a war with them. They've been at odds for centuries and use any excuse to shed blood. House Bracken sided with the River Dragon when that happened."

"Hm..." I said, "Many Riverlords aided the River Dragon."

"All got their punishment." Brynden said, "Trust me, I watched their executions myself."

"Who's next?" I said as I looked to the crowd that was in front of the table

I watched as an old-looking man walked up to us, his clothes were dark grey, and almost looked like rags. He had somewhat long grey hair and a full beard of the same color.

He bowed slightly, "Ser Rhaegon." He said, "I am Ser Stevron Frey."

I raised an eyebrow, "Frey?" I said while looking at the Blackfish, "Lord Frey has daughters to offer?"

"Aye, he has many." Ser Brynden said, "But unless Ser Stevron here is a woman, there's no reason for him to come before you."

I watched as Ser Stevron smiled slightly, "No, of course not." He said, "I am here to give my regards on behalf of my Lord Father. He regrets not being able to make the journey to personally give you the option of marrying my beloved Sister. I will do that instead."

I leaned back, "Hm.." I said, "If she looks like you then don't bother."

He chuckled, "No, Ser." he said as he stepped to the side, "Roslin, sister, come forth."

I saw a young woman walk forth, she was petite and fair-skinned, her brown hair draping her shoulders as she wore a nice grey dress, a better grey than whatever her brother was wearing. It was her pretty round doe eyes that caught my attention, that and her lips.

She bowed slightly, "M-Milord...." She said softly

"No, Roslin." Ser Stevron, "He's a Knight, say Ser. He doesn't like it when you don't call him that."

"O-Oh..." She said as she fidgeted with her hands in front of her, "My apologies, brother....Ser....Ser Rhaegon, it would be an honor to be considered for becoming your wife..."

I smiled, "Oh, would it...?" I said

She smiled back, "Y-Yes..." She said

I looked at her brother, "What does Lord Frey offer?" I asked, "The dowry of course."

Ser Stevron shrugged as he looked at me with a confused look, "Dowry?" He said, "H-He didn't say anything of the sort."

"Bloody hells, Frey." Ser Brynden said, "You expect Lord Baratheon to marry his son off to one of your Frey sisters for nothing? I bet you that your Father expects the Black Lord to be perched on his bridge at all times, does he not?"

Ser Stevron nodded, "Something of the sort was mentioned....yes...." He said

"What kind of steel are your father's balls made of, Stevron?" Ser Brynden said with an annoyed tone, "You just expect this young girl to be enough to sway Ser Rhaegon?"

I picked up the pen with a chuckle, "She's on the list."

I saw as Roslin's eyes lit up, "I-I am?" She said

I nodded as I gave her a smile, there was a hint of light in her eyes as she slightly smile.

"She is?" Ser Brynden said as he leaned in with a hushed tone, "Ser Rhaegon, accepting Walder Frey's daughter with no dowry in exchange for your Dragon's services will be an insult to not just the Riverlords, but all the Lords in the Realm."

"Lord Frey forgets himself." I said as I wrote Roslin's name down, "If his daughter is to be my wife, she will be nicely accommodated at Storm's End....in my chambers...with my Dragon outside my Father's castle walls. But for that to happen, he is to offer a nice and generous dowry, Ser Stevron. Make sure you tell him that. And what will he get in exchange other than the fact I'll allow his blood to mix with mine? Well, if he happens to get a grandchild with Targaryen blood, I'll consider letting that child post their dragon outside his walls...."

I set the pen down and winked at Roslin Frey, who merely tucked her hair behind her ear.

Ser Stevron smiled and bowed, "I will let him know." He said, "Come, dear sister. The ride back home will be long."

Roslin bowed, "Mine thanks, Ser Rhaegon." She said as she turned around and followed her brother

I tilted my head and enjoyed the sight of her behind. There was something alluring about her, maybe I did want to have her.

"If you allow me to speak, Ser Rhaegon." Ser Brynden said, "This will fuel Walder Frey's ego until the day the old croak dies."

"Good." I said, "I want that to be the case. It'll leave him in a good mood. That old toad is not to be trusted, giving him a nice little ego boost will work to our favor. He stayed neutral during the Rebellion, no? Shut himself inside to hide from the dragons the Rebel had."

"If you are to refuse his daughter, it'll put him in a fouler mood." The Blackfish said, "I don't know what good comes out of this."

"If he steps out of line...." I said, "I'll remind him who's in charge...."

"His son will soon Lord Frey if dares cross me."
