"Do you know something about it?" Ayame asks.
She nods quickly, urgency written all over her face. "Yes! My parents... they are alchemists who were secretly researching how to turn adults into Wizards. They spent years on it... and finally they had a breakthrough last week when they found an old note in an ancient tome."
"What did it say?" I ask, skeptical but very intrigued.
"They discovered that the elixir alone obviously isn't enough, but almost is." She explains, her voice trembling as she speaks. "To turn an adult into a Wizard, you need a special ingredient... something called [Geimroot]. It's incredibly rare, and as far as they could tell, it only grows in one place-a location that turns out to be heavily guarded by the kingdom."
I frown, suspicion creeping into my mind.

NecroBin This is the final chapter of the month, and I would like to take this moment to inform you regarding my plans moving forward.
We will continue as we've done thus far with one distinction, more focus on leveling, fighting and moving up on the world's pecking order. I noticed that Quinlan hasn't even fought for a long while now (especially if we ignore the few orc chapters), and while I absolutely love writing chill slice-of-life styled content, I may have overindulged a bit with recent chapters.
Though if I'm wrong and you think the current serving of romance, comedy and simple slice-of-life chapters are coming at an ideal rate please do let me know.
