After the trickle that was Lin Feng's attack passed Jiang Chu He was done with his spell.

The rest of the party didn't stay still either as they launched some attacks at the Witch.
But ultimately the witch did survive this barrage albeit with heavy damage to its body and spirit. This was not the best case scenario for Lin Feng as then Witch lined up a different attack. The witch wasn't a pure wood attributed beast.

He had managed to repel another attack of a commander as another round of attacks landed on the Witch alongside Jiang Chu He's spell which ultimately ended it's struggle. Mo Fan was tasked with retrieving the loot.
At this point a foul smell permeated the area as monsters he recognised to be Dark Beast Monsters and Cursed Beasts appeared from the shadows attacking the group.
Lin Feng instantly turned to attack Jiang Chu He when he heard a commanding voice.
" Idiots, Mo Fan deal with the beasts, Lin Feng help Jiang Chu He out, just do as I say"
Lin Feng felt his nerve cells might be insufficient to think the whole thing through and simply did as he was told. While Mo Fan summouned old Wolf and held the dark Beasts back he went and saw Jiang Chu He confronting the three Hunters.
Lin Feng wasn't sure if it was because he now knew they were from the Black Vatican or not, they suddenly looked liked they had an even more of a beatable face than Jiang Chu He who was fought to a standstill by the trio who were now using better defensive equipment which just ticked him off.
One of his equipment was completely destroy in battle while these guys used his life to save upon their good equipment.
