The trio continued to do more quests but most of them were inside the city or near it and low reward as Lingling's primary goal was to elevate their Hunter rankings as well.
This routine continued for about three months at which point Lin Feng and Mo Fan both were Elite Hunters with 4000 and 3100 points, Master Hunter had a minimum of 10,000 requirement and a certain number of high level mission as well.
They had gained about 5 million each after expenses during this period because missions like the Bear hunt were hard to come by with their rank.
Mo Fan spend some of it improving his wolf and a newer defensive equipment, while Lin Feng spent two million on a Blood Tabi Boots and the rest on buying another 850 Purple Linden Crests in Yantai.
But the vacation period was over and the Pearl University's new academic year had begun, frankly Lin Feng couldn't wait to use the three step tower, with his Earth element reaching the intermediate level and him having completed the Nebula, his cultivation was going at snails pace and couldn't wait to make some progress.
He had decided to live in the dorms for the first year since most of the apartments were booked, but he managed to get an apartment for rent for next academic year. Frankly Mo Fan finding an apartment that late was just odd.
