As for Old Bao he asked them to complete a commision alongside Lingling before joining.
The task was to kill and obtain the gall bladder, heart and soul jade of a Negative Mountain Bear.

Mo Fan's eyes had become dollar signs for a brief moment before coming back to earth and analysing Lingling's words. " Don't Commanders have packs usually, can we find a Warrior in it and take care of it without alerting everybody else"
" It seems that you are not hopeless, I bought information of where we can find a lone Warrior level target from the Hunter Union" replied Lingling in a huff.
" You can do that?" gasped Mo Fan.
Lin Feng and Lingling ingnored Mo Fan's comments and moved on.
" How much will our commission be after buying this information?" as usual Lin Feng's true thoughts weren't had to see.
" 1.5 Million" said Lingling matter of factly.
Warrior level corpses were priced between 200-300 thousand, and the rare ones could go upto one million. The Negative Mountain Bear was both a rare one and a specific commission, the buyer had other requirements for the Bear like the phase it was in and such, so the price for such a commision should be between 1.7-2 million.
The soul jade was the costliest thing to obtain. Soul Jades and Essences were not fundamentally different at all, but the latter was rare and had low drop rate below the Orthodox Monarch level from where it had a 100% drop rate.
This would make matters complicated when task was meant for the evolution materials of some creature, Hunters would have to keep hunting a certain monster and still there might not be one dropping.
