Chapter 19: Using The Standard Reproduction Cards
After spending most of his divine energy strands on the standard reproduction cards, Barbatos didn't hesitate to leave the marketplace and return to his villa.
He couldn't wait to use them on his believers, as increasing their numbers was crucial.
If a divine war started against other gods, he would undoubtedly lose since his believers were pathetically weak in both quality and quantity.
Fortunately, he hadn't encountered any gods yet. Even if there were demigods near his base, they seemed to be relatively far from his territory and hadn't taken the initiative to expand yet. If that was the case, then his neighbors shouldn't be stronger than him.
In the end, Barbatos could only speculate. He didn't want to leave his survival to uncertainties, so he quickly sent his divine projection to the Eternal Continent.

Sensing his divine presence, the wolf beastman hierophant Eldric immediately headed to the ancestral hall and knelt outside.
"Lord God, do you have any oracles for this humble and devout hierophant of yours?"
Eldric knelt on one knee, his eyes filled with loyalty and faith as he gazed at the ancestral hall.
Barbatos spoke using his divine voice, spreading it throughout the entire territory of the Wolf Beastman Race, "I have an oracle for you all. Gather outside the ancestral hall and await my miracle."
Hearing his lord god mention the word "miracle," Eldric's expression became even more faithful and loyal, eagerly anticipating what miracle his lord god would bestow upon them.
Eldric knew from Barbatos that there were heretic gods in the Eternal Continent and their cultists posed a significant threat. He was aware that the Wolf Beastman Race was still lacking in numbers, making it difficult to contend against stronger cultists.
Fortunately, the training resources Barbatos had bestowed upon them had given them a significant boost in combat power.
Otherwise, they would have perished from the rampaging monsters in the Eternal Continent before even encountering the hateful cultists of those heretic gods.
After hearing Barbatos' oracle, all the wolf beastmen hurriedly gathered outside the ancestral hall. When they arrived, they knelt on both knees, waiting for Barbatos' next command.
Young and old alike, every wolf beastman was present, praying devoutly and faithfully to their lord god Barbatos.
Without their lord god, they wouldn't have the confidence to survive in the Eternal Continent. Without him, their numbers would have dwindled further when encountering the continent's monstrous creatures.
The main reason their numbers hadn't decreased significantly, besides the training resources provided by Barbatos, was the healing divine arts of their hierophant Eldric.
Without their god bestowing Eldric the position of hierophant, their wolf beastman race would have lacked healing abilities, leading to even greater losses.
They were fortunate that their lord god created them and continued to support them. Because of this, most of them were devoted believers, with a few fanatics among them who would sacrifice their lives at any command given by their lord god.
Noticing that the wolf beastmen had all gathered outside the ancestral hall, Barbatos spoke with a voice resonant with divine authority, "I have seen your plight and recognize the scarcity of your numbers. Thus, I have devised a solution to this problem."
"Behold, I shall perform a miracle to strengthen and multiply the wolf beastmen tribe!"
Inside the ancestral hall, Barbatos took out all fifteen of the standard reproduction cards.
With a wave of his hand, he activated them, releasing a radiant green light from each card.
The standard reproduction cards shattered, and bursts of green light surged outside the ancestral hall.
The green light enveloped the devout wolf beastmen, drawing from them a trace of their blood.
The light coalesced, shimmering brilliantly before the awe-struck eyes of the gathered wolf beastmen.
The green light extracted blood from the entire wolf beastmen race, forming one thousand five hundred humanoids made of green light.
Using the extracted genes and the divine power of the life position contained within the green light, the light humanoids began to transform.
Under the shocked eyes of the entire wolf beastmen race, bones and flesh materialized on the green light humanoids until they gained skin.
The green light humanoids transformed into adult wolf beastmen, exactly 750 males and 750 females.
In other words, 1,500 adult wolf beastmen appeared in front of the ancestral hall, astonishing the entire wolf beastmen race.
They hadn't expected that the miracle their lord god spoke of was to increase their population by creating new members of their race using his divine power.
Moreover, the 1,500 wolf beastmen created with the standard reproduction cards held the most perfect genes possible, derived from the entire wolf beastmen race.
This meant the newly created wolf beastmen had high talent in almost everything a wolf beastman could do. Whether in combat or farming, they would excel due to their superior genes.
Furthermore, all of them started as adults and were devout believers, having been created by Barbatos using the standard reproduction cards. A few were even fanatics from the moment of their creation.
The wolf beastmen who witnessed their lord god perform this miracle also became more devout in their faith, with some becoming fanatics after seeing the miracle firsthand.
Noticing the significant improvement in the faith of his believers and the reinforcement of his divine majesty, Barbatos felt satisfied. He had not only increased their population but also strengthened their faith and devotion.
With that in mind, Barbatos decided to check his god interface.
