Chapter 80: Shackled Freedom

"What ability?!" Ethan clutched her collar, pulling her closer to him. His hot breath spewed on her face; each word squeezed out from between his teeth. "Lily, I can destroy you!"

It was that voice again, sounding like it came from the depths of hell. She could only choose to compromise once and for all, unable to escape his confinement.

"What exactly do you want?" Lily's tone softened, staring at his gloomy brow. "I'm just going out for a walk. If you give me freedom, I won't be like this."

"Freedom?!"

As if hearing a ridiculous joke, Ethan sneered and loosened his grip on her, pushing her to the ground with one hand. "Lily! You'll never want to be free again in this life!"

One sentence ended all her delusions.

"Nanny! Cuff her to me!" Ethan coldly snapped, standing up from the floor.

"Yes, Mr. Blackwood."
