Chapter 88: 88. Kidnapped

When Paige woke up, she had no idea where she was. Looking at the high ceiling- an old building, she propped herself up and observed her surroundings.

To her left was a big arched front window; everything except the hospital bed she lay on was empty. It looked as if someone had hastily moved out.

"Awake?" Juno walked in, and behind her were men dressed in black. Their eyes were gouged out, only scarred flesh remaining.

Paige couldn't look away from their faces; she had never seen people this disfigured before, but what was special was that they moved without a hint of being blind.

"Creator?" Paige mumbled, still feeling out of it. Lance was right from day one; Pigtail was suspicious. What a bitch.

"Yes, that's me. And let me tell you who you are. You are the annoyance disturbing my plans."

Juno stopped at the end of the bed, looking down on her menacingly.

She held her forehead and laughed.
