Chapter 55: Beast Companion

"Beast, don't think I can't do anything to you." Damian was furious.

If there was no way out, he could only fight desperately. There was still a tiny chance of surviving this calamity. 

However, the Moonwolf didn't give him any chance at all. Before he could even use any skill or props, a milky white light slashed straight into his body. 

"No, soul attack. Damn it!"

Damian recognized the attack almost instantly which made him even more desperate. He could have survived the physical attack, but the soul attack was his nemesis. 

"Swoosh," with the soft light passing through his body, he fell directly to the ground with almost no resistance. The defensive amulet failed to save him. 

Heizen looked at the intact body that seemed unscathed on the ground and nervously gulped.

He knew this Moonwolf had the "Soul Slash" skill. But at that time, he was unaware of its rarity. Now that he saw it in live-action, he had to say, it was scary.
