(Ok, I am a big Fate fan, and I just learned of Vritra the Servant which is female and a hottie. I still love Vritra from DxD as a straight-up bro and mentor. So I might edit it so Constatine gets both Vritra's in Rin Ishtar and Ereskigal's situation. Maybe.)
While the celebration was ongoing, and Ares pulled up on his disguised Chariot, Vritra instantly pulled himself as deep into Constantine's soul as possible. He most certainly did not want to get caught by one of the gods.
Not only would it get him killed, but it would also get Constantine killed. None of the gods could know about him just yet, not until Constantine could match them. The sight of Ares, instantly, made Constantine very nervous.
Feeling the nervous thoughts filling his host's mind, he reassured him.
'Relax, if your Mother Hecate could not find me, he won't either. You should have more faith in me, I fought Indra for six months straight, one of the strongest beings of my previous world. It took the creation of the Vajra(Thunderbolt) made from the bones of the sage Rishi Dadhichi, to kill me.
Enough time, and even the gods of this world will kneel before you Just live until then.'
'Got it, thanks Vritra.'
'No problem.'
Constantine was going to act oblivious but his great-grandfather picked him up from the ground before walking over to his Father, Ares.
"If you meant my great-grandson, here he is, Father. Constantine II, named after me."
When Ares saw Constantine, he leaned in close to get a look at him. Constantine did not look away and looked into the black sunglasses of Ares. With a smirk, Ares raised his sunglasses and showed his eyes which seemed to be burning pits of warfare.
They were like nuclear explosions going off every second and it made Constantine start to feel angry, like he wanted to kill someone. On instinct, he clenched his little fist before throwing a punch at Ares' face.
The War God didn't block and took his little punch head-on. It made his Great-grandfather gasp, but before he could make Constatine apologize, Ares took him from his son's arms.
"HAHAHAHA! I like you, kid. Since you are my descendant, I guess you should be brave and mighty like me."
Ares still holding Constantine turned to his son and patted him on the shoulder.
"You may be getting old, but in your youth, you were the best of my children. The offer still stands you know, be Immortal and fight at my side for the rest of time."
Constantine I, smiled and he shook his head.
"I am sorry, Father. I will have to disappoint you once more just like I did, 40 years ago."
Ares squinted his eyes as much as Percy would, Constantine I had refused to be Immortal. It angered Ares so much, that his favorite son had refused him. Even now, 40 years later, with him aged and weakened, he still refuses.
"Disappointing."
Ares proceeded to place Constantine on the ground. He kneeled and patted him on the head.
"Three gods led to your birth, Me, Nike, and Hecate. We expect great things in the future, boy."
"I will do my best, Lord Ares."
"Respectful, I like that. Oh and before I leave, son. You have disappointed me greatly, but I will remember you when you die."
Constantine, I bowed and nodded.
"That is all I ask, Father. That I stood out amongst the more famous of my siblings."
With a huff, Ares shook his head before looking at Constantine.
"Happy birthday, here. A gift."
He opened his hand and from his weapons, a large Celestial Bronze dagger appeared in his hand. He handed it to Constantine who took it in his hands.

"Hephestus made that for me, I used it during the Trojan War quite a lot. It also has a unique perk."
When Constantine pulled it out from the sheath, the dagger began to glow bright red like fire. With a smirk, Ares bragged about it.
"Turns on fire. Enjoy."
Constantine bowed before he did something forward. He walked forward and hugged Ares' leg.
"Thank you."
Ares seemed a bit weirded out as even his Demigod children often fear him.
"Ok, enough of the sappyness."
When Constantine let go, he waved as Ares walked over to his motorcycle before smirking and nodding at him. He then rode off vanishing into a burst of golden flames. When Ares was gone, Constantine I, sighed. His wife Veronica patted his shoulder as he had refused immortality for her sake.
"Are you alright?"
"Fine, just sad. Jr, why in the name of the gods did you punch my dad?"
He began to try to explain himself.
"He made me mad, his power made me want to hit him."
After hearing that, it made sense why he would do something so foolish. Maxamillion walked over and picked up his son.
"So that was Ares? We look like him."
His grandfather nodded.
"My Father. Back in my youth after I completed a challenging quest. The gods offered me immortality, but I refused it since Veronica was pregnant with William. I couldn't leave my family to die of old age, but it made my Father angry I refused him. I was his favorite at the time, he called me a disappointment which hurt."
William now saw his Father in a different light as he had refused Immortality and a place at his Father's side for his sake.
"I hope it was worth it, dad."
With a smile, Constantine I nodded.
"It was, more than you know. Now, let is keep celebrating my Great Grandson's birthday."
---
With Ares gone, Constantine II kept looking through his gifts. His Father gave him all the magic books that Hecate had left for him that were full of more complicated and dangerous spells. He felt he was ready for them.
Not just that, he brought out the Foal he had promised him. A young black Percheron foal as he had promised. It had cost Max, 10,000 dollars as he came from a very good pedigree.
The foal was six months old and fully weaned from his Mother. Constantine walked toward the young horse that already weighed 620 pounds. Draft horses grew slower than smaller horse breeds, but they could grow over a ton.
Especially Percherons and even a young one like this one was gigantic. Max carried him over to the foal that had been brought over today. The foal was unnamed and currently eating some of the hay placed out for him.
"What do you think?"
Constantine smiled as his dad put him down. He walked toward the horse that began to sniff the air as he came close. The foal walked closer to him as he reached out to touch his face.
The young horse allowed Constatine to pet his face. The benefit of Percheron is that they were quite docile and strong at that.
"I love him."
"Glad to hear it bud, his parents are quite big. He just might reach 19 hands like his Dad."
"76 inches?"
Max nodded.
"Yeah, he will be a big boy fully grown."
Vritra secretly scanned the foal with his senses and he was quite happy.
'Good news, this foal will be quite receptive to magic. By making this guy your familiar, he will develop his magic pathways. If you ever do go to the Camp, the campers will be shocked to see this guy. Why ride a Pegasus when you can make better.'
Once he heard that, Constantine turned around and jumped to hug his dad who spent a big chunk of money on getting him the horse he wanted. When Max felt the huh, he returned it and felt it was worth it as his son never asked for anything. Buying him a good horse like this was worth every penny.
"You're welcome, son."
However, that was not the only gift he received as even his great-grandfather Constantine decided to gift him something. He walked into the house before grabbing his old sword, Spine Splitter.
It had too been a gift from his Father, which had saved his life on many occasions. Greatswords were not common in Ancient Greece, since one-handed swords, spears, and shields were the style of combat.
However, for a Demigod who didn't use shield walls, and was as large and powerful as Constantine I, a two-handed greatsword felt perfect. Now, he would pass it down to his great-grandson who was named after him.
He was sure his Father would be pleased to see his gift in use once more. When he came out of the house with the greatsword that seemed more in place in Europe than Greece.
"Constantine, I also have a gift for you. My sword, Spine Splitter, rename it if you want, but it served me well, and I hope in the future it serves you like it did me."
He walked toward his great-grandpa who placed the large sword down.
"I can't carry it yet."
"No, but you will. You will get the height of the men of the Drake family. Thank my Father Ares for that. Now, to explain why a European-style sword was made for a Greek Demigod, it is because my Father is the god of War.
Any war and The Middle Ages were a time when he was quite happy. So he gifted me a weapon he thought would suit me. You like it?"
Constantine nodded as while he had the Black Sword of Sigismund, no one knew about it. In his hands, it might as well be a greatsword since it was made for a Space Marine.
"Thank you, I will make sure to use it well."
With a smile, Constantine I began to ruffle his hair.
"No need to thank me, when you get a little bigger I will teach you myself how to fight with the sword. I am sure you will need it when you go to the camp for the summer.
Speaking of summer, are you ready for school? Since you were a September baby, you were supposed to go to school this year."
Constantine instantly stopped being happy.
"School? I am a Demigod, I don't need school."
William chuckled as he walked over.
"I said that too, it doesn't work. Get ready to be labeled a troubled child, Demigod ADHD and Greek reading is a bitch."
His wife Marth smacked him on the head.
"Don't say that, he will be afraid of school."
Max nodded as he looked at his dad.
"Mom is right, but he does have a point son. Today is your 6th birthday meaning your compulsory education will start soon. No getting out of it."
Hearing that, Constantine's eyes started to fill with tears. For the first time in a long time, he started crying. Looking into the eyes of Ares didn't make him cry, fighting Truck-Kun in a last stand didn't break him, but school did the trick.
"WAAAAH!"
His grandma and great grandma both worked hard to get him to calm down as they knew kids just hated school. When he did calm down, he was still disappointed. Even Indra felt bad for him as he could relax by looking at Constanteins memories to entertain himself.
As for his partner, he would need to sit through borring lessons and deal with the possibility of Demigod hunting monsters. When his birthday finally ended, Constantine returned to his room defeated.
They would be sending him to school next month, a bit late, but before letting him go, his great-grandparents called up their younger siblings at Camp Half-Blood for an enchanted necklace to hide Constantine Demigod's aura.
He didn't need it, as he could hide it himself, but he didn't say that. When the necklace arrived, he was instructed to never take it off when outside of the ranch. He decided to listen to not worry his Father and family so much.
Though, to prepare for the dreaded school, the next month, Constantine delved deeper into his training. After learning the right spell, he signed a familiar contract with his horse who he decided to name Solomon.
His horse loved the name and loved the feeling of magic even more. Vritra suspected the horse in the future would exceed his genetic limits thanks to magic. All Constantine could think of was the horse of Archaon The Everchoosen of Chaos as that was one cool horse.
Aside from starting to work on developing a relationship with Solomon, Vritra helped him learn more about Greek Magic. Hecate's magic was similar to the magic of Zatana as it was received backward and in Ancient Greek.
Some of the spells were quite long and there were even some curses that needed items to cast. Vritra felt it was useful in some cases, but he decided to teach him Dragon Deus Dragon Magic.
Even some Asura techniques as Vritra once served the King of the Asura's and he learned some things. The Asuras in Dragon Deus were mortal enemies of Indra as Indra had killed their King.
Only a month after teaching him these things, Vritra was once more pleased by the Demigod-given talent of his partner. Compared to a regular human, being a Demigod had many perks.
Though, even with his secretly growing power, he still had to go to school.
---
That morning when his dad woke him up early, not to help on the ranch, but to go to school he was miserable. When his dad made him pancakes with smiles on them in maple syrup, Constantine decided to try to make the most of things.
"Thanks, Dad."
Max worried for his son a little, but once he was done eating he took him to the bus station. Constantine's face was disappointed, but Vritra coiled around his neck. He was invisible so even his Dad couldn't notice him.
'Come on, you might meet a cute girl.'
'Dude, I was turning 22 when I died. Adding the years of this life I would be 28.'
Vritra flicked his tongue at that.
'6 years, 28 years, just numbers.'
'Tell that to the Interdimensional FBI.'
'The what?'
'Nothing.'
Vritra snorted as he retreated into Constantine's soul. Time to face school.
