Lai Zhiyun shifted inward and remained silent.

Zhou Liao embraced her from behind. "How come you become shy again after using the bathroom? Don't worry, I didn't hear a thing."

"You're saying that because you didn't hear anything? Think I'm stupid?" Lai Zhiyun reached out to pinch Zhou Liao's forearm, which was firm and not easy to pinch.

After pinching a couple of times, she let go.

"Everybody has emergencies; that's normal. Don't fuss over these little details, let's get some sleep," Zhou Liao urged Zhiyun to sleep again.

Chatting in bed wasn't suitable for them.

Holding Zhiyun in his sleep, Zhou Liao felt quite wonderful.

Casting aside random thoughts, they fell asleep again and slept until daylight.

At seven o'clock, Zhou Liao got up.

Zhiyun was still sleeping. He got out of bed quietly, went to the walk-in closet to get clothes, took his toiletries, and went to the guest room to brush his teeth and wash his face.
