After Malik manages to drag himself to his house. What he had done began to sink in as he realizes he had taken countless lives the night before
He just felt his negative emotions have being inflated and he knows he normally wouldn't feel this way, he realizes all this was due to the devil's beans.

After an intense psychological battle against his conscience he realizing he did the right thing, Malik decided to check his loot as he was checking the bag a document fell out it was encrypted (in ancient civilization language) and Malik could understand ancient civilization language but not too much so he couldn't gleam much from it but from what he gleamed from it and from what he was able to realize in the world order plan.
the world order plan to take over the world government and in a sense enslaving the people, removing any other type of except for a dictatorial one in which the founder and those they favor rule permanently and Reducing the standard of living even more and making every one slaves who obey their command at a whim.
You see to make things clearer the World order is an organization formed by some of the strongest nations on earth inviting all nation to come together and form an alliance to solve dispute among members, stop wars,help each other in any way possible , but you see the authority of the world order is very superficial and can be easily undermined by member countries but the founding member of the world order are majorly nobles and believing only in a dictatorial type of government.
The governor turned out to be a fallen noble and he was not on any side really he was just greedy, he had discovered an ancient civilization base in New Orleans,he had his surbodinate evacuate the base and had taken the devil's bean for himself and to avoid surveillance of the world order he had used a sneaky idea, he had sent the devil's bean through a messenger delivering a message within New Orlean. Malik had accidentally stolen from the messanger and obtained the devil's bean.
