Chapter 5: Ch 05: Encounter
After some waking we are able to see some wild Pokemon that are going about their business.
I see many type of common pokemon you can find in here like caterpie , ratata and some Pidgey and some time see some sparrow and and it's flock.
We go around those flock because sparrow line is very territorial.
When get to a somewhat better clearing and set up our camp for the night we come to a pond near our camp, and our camp is North side, and we go to east side to do our training, and then see we can get anyone to battle with us.
After some search we find a rattata and I told Bulbasaur to get ready for battle it it agreed.
I love pokemon and don't want to go against it's will and force it to battle if it doesn't want but the pokemon always would fight if there isn't anything to do except some timed pokemon.
" Rattata do want to battle with me, if you want I will give you this poke blocks to eat as compensation, and also heal you if you get hurt," I told the ratata so as not to go away from us and start bribing it with food and it seems it work and it want to fight with us.
Then we get ready," Bulbasaur get ready to fight,"
"Bulba...saur!"
" Alright Bulbasaur use growl then use tackle," with that Bulbasaur body glow with some white energy and dash towards the ratata.
" Raa tta...!"
It then side steps to move away from the tackle than it used quick attach.
" Dodge fast and then use vine whip."
Vine grow from the back and then use it with very fast attack to nullify the attacks.
" Now use razor leaf."
Rattata can't react in time and knocked out right away, because my Bulbasaur is already peck of common and can even defeat Uncommon rank.
" That was an excellent job for your first time in real battle," So after tha battle grandpa told me about the battle and we give the rat pokemon some heal and give it the promise food and it went away after that.
Then we went and did some more little battle and it was underwhelming as Bulbasaur always knock out the pokemon in one hit as it grow faster because of my talent power and every battle will give many experience, and help Bulbasaur become more and more proficient with the battle.
I always have my psychic powers on to find if there is any powerful pokémon nearby so as to go according to the plan.
This way our first day In the wild ended and I told grandpa to take us more in depth of the forest to fight with uncommon rank pokemon.
I'm this forest pokemon live in a very systemically as weaker pokémon live in the outer area and more powerful pokémon live in more central point as there the neutral energy become more abounds.
So in the outer area we only encounters with common rank and we then go to the area of uncommon rank area .
In the wild even if there is a heracical system some time powerful pokémon can be found in the outer area as they some time Petrol there areas as pokemon is much more intelligent as they advance in rank.
Even if it is not common there is always a chance to encounters this scenario so there is no 100% guarantees in the forest to not encounter pokémon above their rank in the rank based area.
It is what my grandpa said as we travel to our next destination and grandpa giving me more valuable knowledge about the wild, so that we don't get overly reliant of the chart where league persona Mark the areas where pokémon lives according to the rank.
"So when you are in the wild you always have your Pokemon out as not to get ambush in the wild, if you have some special power such as Aura or psychic then it became more useful in the wild," As we are going grandpa told me the useful use of the many type of power.
I already know about this but I still listen to what he is talking about as to when I reviled my talent will become easy in the future.
As we are going in depth of the forest in my sense I find a uncommon a high rank of a rat pokemon and this is Raticate it is an evolve form of rattata.
So I use my psychic to confusing it to come toward us So we can get a better battle.
After it come toward us grandpa told me that and say to get ready and already told his Shiftry to be alert but I come forward and told him to let me do it so he reliquently give us a chance to fight and say he will intervain if need be.
" So Bulbasaur we finally have some real fight come to us, ready and use growl and then use razor leaf," after my instruction Bulbasaur use his move as Raticate is an evolve Pokemon and have experience fighting in the wild so it react very quickly so to dogde the leaf attack but it's attack .
It then use what seems to be scary face against us and then use quick attack.
"Dogde and then use vine whip," after the fight Bulbasaur now uses attack very fast with the command.
Because our speed goes down and Bulbasaur become slow and can't dodge the quick attack so we use vine whip to counter the attacks.
" Now Bulbasaur use sleep powder."
From Bulbasaur back powder like pertical send out, and Raticate can't dodge in time and get hit by it, but before going to sleep it uses it's signature move super fang and deal great amount of damage.
" Bulbasaur use Leech seed on the Raticate and also use ingrain to restore your health," after the super fang was used I tell Bulbasaur to restore health so we can fight more as the Raticate seems to have guts as it's ability as it seems to have get a power boost.
After it wakes up it again use quick attack .
" Use seed bomb "
Bulbasaur throw a seed and it detonate at the face and this cancel the move of the Raticate.
After that its mouth grow with some black color light and it seems to use bite .
" Bulbasaur quickly dodge."
But the hit this time as Bulbasaur become slow before and can't move super fast and it seems I have to teach it sunny day as to use his hidden ability more.
But because of leech seed and ingrain it seems to healing slowly so there is no problem to take some hits.
After that it seems time has come to let Bulbasaur to evolve so I remove the limiter
" Ok Bulbasaur let ..!" Before I finish it starts to glow in bright light and it seems to evolve right away.
After That come a Pokemon much bigger than Bulbasaur and has its bulb back that look like a plan seems bloom and has four grass leaf surrounding it.
Its a Ivysaur and after it evolve it also goes straight to uncommon rank and also learn some more.
It learns take down is a move that is a charge attack that also hurts the user.
Power whip a move user violently whirls its vines or tentacles to harshly lash the foe with and have deal more damage then vine whip.
Synthesis a very strong move pair with the sunny day to heal more health for the user.
After tha evolution it became more powerful than before.
" Ok Ivysaur use your new move power whip to take down ( not the move) the Raticate,"
After Ivysaur use this move Raticate can't dodge it in time and got hit by this and lose the ability to move.
" Oh, that was excellent mike your pokemon evolve and rank up at the same time, it is really talent and you train it very well, so keep this up and you can even become a champion in the future," Grandpa came and said that as we are healed the Raticate and give it some food for it's time and it go away after that.
" Yes, grandpa Ivysaur is really hard working and also very talented as it seems to evolve after the fight."As we are taking and I always have my psychic scanner on as I developed this move and I become very proficient with it.
At some point I don't know when but a Pokemon teleport In front of me it is a yellow Pokemon with a fox like face with black shoulder guards and has been floating around me and also looking at me with some affection.
" It is a wild Abra, it is very rare to find one here as when it sence any thing it will always teleport out of there so my people catch on even if someone one wants one.
What is it doing here and it seems to like you from the looks of it mike.
I think it want to go with you so why don't you try catch it here take my PokeBall as you don't have one and can't have one until you become a official trailer," Grandpa told me and hand me a PokeBall to see If want to go with me or just wanted to eat some snacks.
I can tell by the look of it it seems to sence my psychic powers and fell very attach, and it seems to be very talented as it can sense my psychic powers as I always hide it.
" So Abra do you want to become my Pokemon and travel with me," I look straight at it as it seems to understand what I am saying as it is noodling its head and seems very happy and agreed to get in the ball. I want to say something like " I got an Abra" but I held back as not to embrace myself.
After that I let it out and it immediately come and rubbing it's face against mine.
I also petting the head of the pokemon and I also do the thing I did with Bulbasaur now Ivysaur and share it my talent and because my psychic powers is very advance it seems the feed back the Abra getting is very high as it seems to be evolving any moment if not for the limiter.
After that we set up camp and re check my Pokemons of there move as I got one new pokémon and one that is evolve.
Bulbasaur -> Ivysaur
Moves:
Tackle, Growl, vine whip, Growth, Leech seed, Poison powder, Razor leaf, sleep powder, ingrain ( egg move), seed bomb ( new ), synthesis (new) , power whip (new), take down (new).
Abra:
Ability: magic guard.
Move:
Teleport, Mirror coat , Confusions.
It seems Abra really is talented as it know 2 egg move as normal Abra only know teleport.
