Delilah walked into Quinn Enterprise at exactly 1 p.m., and even though she had been there a couple of times in the past, she couldn't help but feel a jolt of amazement.

It seemed grander and even more majestic than she had thought the first time she stepped in here thinking Blake was just Hunter's assistant.

Now that she knew Blake was Hunter Quinn, CEO and heir to this massive empire— it was like seeing everything through a new lens.

She took a deep breath, gathering her thoughts as she headed for the elevator, feeling a rush of excitement.

As she stepped into the elevator, she pulled out her phone and typed a quick text to Hunter since she wasn't sure if he was in a meeting or could take calls.
