Synopsis
The black dragon that rose from the depths of the South Sea unleashed an apocalyptic tsunami... Flame demons destroyed city after city made of steel and concrete, calmly departing from the center of nuclear explosions... Alien gods attempted to rule the entire galaxy...
This is a future world where human technology is highly advanced.
It is also an era that sparked a frenzy of Life Evolution in the Martial Path.
Li Yuan, a Martial Path student on the verge of taking his college entrance exams, struggled to advance in this world while harboring the peculiar Divine Palace capable of envisioning the galaxy.
Years later.
"My current flying speed is 122,682 meters per second, and my power burst is..." Li Yuan flew at extreme speeds through the atmosphere about 180 kilometers above the surface of Blue Star, his cold eyes fixed on the massive creature at the dark void's edge, resembling the mythological dragon: "You, must be the strongest among all the invading Demigod life forms."
"It's just unfortunate that I can now be called... Martial God!"

Write a reviewI highly recommend this novel as it's quite a gem. The translator/s also did well translating the novel. Thank you! The protagonist of the novel is Li Yuan, a talented and hardworking young man who tries to get into a top school without 'awakening' a martial arts spirituality. Spirituality is quite important as it allows you to get more resources like a higher cultivation manual that allows you to cultivate faster. Awakening a spirituality also gives you extra points on the college examination, so it's a big deal. Students who have awakened spirituality are placed in the elite class, while the others are in the ordinary class. Li Yuan, in his third year of high school, didn't manage to awaken his spirituality despite his talent, so he worked harder and met people who can be considered to be his Bole. It's blood boiling to see how Li Yuan, a person who didn't awaken his spirituality, gradually rises to the top. He's also from an ordinary family, so they struggle to provide for his cultivation resources. Of course, he doesn't immediately get strong and become the number one among his generation. It's a gradual process. There's a lot of characters appearing here and there. Most of them don't just fade off the background, having a presence from time to time. I actually didn't expect to cry two times for a side character as I got attached to them, too. Overall, it's a novel worth reading to. Give it a chance, you might like it.
I have only read 32 chapters, but the novel is promising. Reminds me of good ol World's Best Martial Artist vibes somewhat. Hopefully it doesn't disappoint.
I enjoyed this novel and am waiting for it to surpass the already translated work which reached 170 chapters
Amazing novel. World background is nothing new. The cliche alien invasion, rise of martial arts etc. What's not cliche is that unlike those typical novels, there are no arrogant young masters, shameless mc, scheming villains,... The highlight of the novel is its characters. Iam, generally a person who does not care much about other characters which is not mc. But after reading this novel, the character portrayed in it are my favorites. mc's uncle who is weak, typically i would hate these kind of characters who would only drag down and become a burden to the main character. But here i have nothing but admiration towards the character. even though weak, the uncle character really helps in shaping the character and heart of the mc, which really helps him. He doesn't depend on any one. These type side character in this novel, aside from uncle, there was also a school teacher who lied to a poor student that he won scholarship but actually was paying from her own pockets, then there is also tantai feng, which is one of my favourite characters. The next noteworthy part is character development, which was well thought and nicely executed. mc doesn't directly start as op, and he doesn't have a cheat which can make him strong overnight. He becomes op because his own talent and hardwork. The things iam not fan of is patriotism and racism. This novel strongly shows patriotism and self sacrificing mentality. But in the particular world background it is necessary. so it's not forced or unnecessary. The only minus point is racism. I don't quite understand why all Chinese people hate Japan so much. Although it was only shown in one tournament arc, it negatively affected my reading experience. So overall a 4.8 ⭐
I recommend it as It keep me from being bored by continuously introducing new things without given too much information at the same time and each sentence is not too hard too read
To much unnecessary description. Example if the Mc punches it is not described as the Mc punching noo its described as if the Mc is a Immortal Soul Peak Absolute realm cultivatior destroying space and time of all 9 realm of existence and that while he is still at the weakest beginner realm rank 6
It's interesting to see a character with a cultivation "disability" that is not hated or berated. The MC is simply seen as a talented youth with an issue, but not one that can't be overcome. I enjoy characters seeing his talent and hard work and valuing him even though he is behind others. I'm 60 chapters in and have not lost my suspension of disbelief.
