When the movie ended, the house lights came on.

Mu Wan, worried she might accidentally step on something on the floor, had kept her feet suspended throughout the movie. Now that the lights in the theater were on, she looked down only to be surprised to find nothing there, not even the melon seed shells the young man had been eating. What happened here? Could it be that the young man hadn't spit them on the floor?
