Chapter 63: His Confession

After the day's work, Aera finally brought herself to put a phone call through. She knew she had to apologize to Ji-Hoon for what Hyun Min had done to him, but all her attempts to speak to him over the phone were futile.

To be honest, his recent moves and actions were suspicious and they could pose a potential threat to her authority, but she tried her best not to lose faith in Ji-Hoon as she had not heard his side of the story.

But then again, the business was a dangerous scheme one should not dabble with in a game of trust.

Making up her mind on her next line of action, Aera drove to his personal residence and she stood outside for several hours as he was not back from work yet.

Finally, Ji-Hoon arrived pretty late in the night and upon sighting Aera waiting at his front door, he was a little perplexed as she had not informed him earlier that she would be coming back to his night that night neither had she pulled a call through.
