Chapter 151: War across the world

In the stillness of the morning filled with the soft light of the sun, the Vermilion Royal Palace stands majestically, like a crown set on a mountain peak. The magnificent temple adjacent to the palace towers high, decorated with carvings that tell meaningful stories of the past. The temple is dedicated to the God Vermilion, the protector of the kingdom who has maintained peace in the world for many years.

After years of uniting the earth from various conflicts, peace seems to have enveloped the entire universe. Euphemia, the once innocent and cute princess, has now grown into a graceful and dignified queen. In the magnificent throne room, she sits with a calm attitude, wearing a red dress that symbolizes strength and courage. Below the throne, advisors and generals gather, waiting for the arrival of the God Vermilion to receive further instructions.

"Everything is ready, Your Majesty," Cornelia, one of the royal generals, reports respectfully, even though she is Euphemia's older sister, but she still has to maintain her attitude as a subordinate during official events. "Hundreds of thousands of super-powered soldiers and thousands of Knightmares have lined up outside the palace, ready to set off whenever the God orders."

Euphemia nodded, her eyes gazing out the window overlooking the field, where the brave soldiers stood at attention, ready to face any challenge. However, her heart beat faster at the thought of Noah, the God of Vermilion, who would soon appear.

As a gentle breeze passed through the field, Noah appeared with a stunning aura. He was dressed in a robe of sparkling red, as if made of light itself.

"Euphemia," Noah greeted, his smile warm and familiar. "You look graceful today."

A warm feeling spread through Euphemia's heart. "Thank you, Noah. Your presence always brings peace and strength."

Noah stepped closer, and at that moment, the atmosphere in the room felt more lively. He looked at the gathered generals and advisors, then nodded. "I have heard that the preparations have been completed. We will face the declining empire with the strength we have."

Lelouch, who was standing beside Cornelia, could not help but wonder. "Noah, how can we ensure that we will succeed in bringing peace back to that other world?"

"Noah," Euphemia interrupted, "how is the enemy's strength compared to ours?"

Noah smiled, and in an instant, a ball of sparkling light appeared in his palm. "As I said before, the empire is an era similar to the medieval era in this world, but they have some very advanced technology and the existence of Teigu that can rival an army, but the most dangerous thing about the empire is the Supreme Teigu they have. The Supreme Teigu is a giant mecha hundreds of meters tall with the power to wipe out a city. But overall our army is superior in strength despite having fewer numbers, after all there are only a few Teigu."

Euphemia felt tension in her heart. She knew that this journey was full of risks, but she also felt a fighting spirit surging within herself and her soldiers. "Let's bring peace back to that world," she said with conviction.

Noah nodded, then raised his hand. A sparkling blue light began to gather around him, forming a vortex of energy that spun rapidly. In a deep and authoritative voice, he uttered a spell that only Noah could understand. "Gate, open!"

From the center of the vortex, a large gate emerged, glowing with colors never seen before. The sound of rushing wind and thunder drifted from beyond the gate, as if another world were waiting with tension.

"All soldiers, prepare!" Cornelia shouted, breaking the tense silence. "This is the moment to show the strength and courage of the Vermilion Kingdom!"

The soldiers, their uniforms shining in the sunlight, cheered loudly. Euphemia sensed their enthusiasm, and she stood up confidently. She turned to Noah, who was still standing beside her. "Will you accompany me, Noah?"

Noah smiled, and his eyes glinted. "Always, Euphemia. I will watch over your battle and will not let you fall."

With burning passion, Euphemia led her troops toward the gate. As they stepped through, a dazzling light surrounded them, and it was as if time had stopped for a moment. Each step felt like a journey toward an unexpected destiny.

....

As soon as they crossed the gate, the atmosphere suddenly changed. They stood on a new land, where the sky looked clearer and a thin mist covered the forest, they appeared in a forest not far from the imperial capital.

....

Meanwhile, Noah reappeared at the place where Night Raid was waiting inside the secret base in the capital.

"My soldiers are ready outside the city, when the war occurs you can infiltrate to capture Honest. Be careful, Honest has the Teigu Ireston which can cancel the Teigu's ability. But it has a limitation where it can only be used once a day" said Noah as he appeared in front of the Night Raid members.

"We know, thank you for the information" said Najenda seriously.

"Oh, by the way, leave General Budo to Esdeath" said Noah as he remembered the promise he gave to Esdeath to let him fight Budo.

"Everyone, it's time for this declining empire to fall. Put all your strength into this final struggle. And be careful, come back alive" Najenda said encouraging the Night Raid members.

"Yes, boss, don't worry, we will definitely come back alive" they replied seriously.

...

The sudden appearance of hundreds of thousands of soldiers and thousands of Knightmares certainly couldn't be hidden from Honest.

Honest frowned his rare brow, he didn't understand how such a large army could appear near the capital without being noticed, especially since he knew that they weren't revolutionary soldiers based on the uniforms and flags they were carrying.

"Minister, what should we do?" The little emperor asked in panic when he heard the news.

"Your majesty, with General Budo and Esdeath here, you don't need to worry" Honest said while looking at Budo.

"Honest, after this I will deal with you" Budo said with a cold snort as he also began to realize that if Honest continued to cause chaos in the empire, then the empire would fall. He was ready to break his ancestor's command not to interfere in political affairs because Honest was currently too much.

"Then I hope you survive this battle, General Budo" Honest said without caring.

"Where is General Esdeath?" Honest asked Suzuka while frowning when he didn't see Esdeath's presence.

"Reporting, your majesty, General Esdeath is leading troops from the North and heading towards the palace. It seems she plans to attack the palace" before Suzuka answered, a member of the palace guard came in and reported.

"What?!" Honest shouted in surprise when he heard Esdeath rebel.

"What is that woman thinking" Honest said confused why Esdeath rebelled.

"Let me fight her, I will show her the majesty of the empire" Budo said before leaving to face Esdeath's attack.

....

"Prepare the Knightmare!" Lelouch shouted, breaking the silence. "We must show our strength!"

The Vermilion kingdom's army prepared, and with the sound of wheels rubbing, the Knightmare began to move to the front lines. Euphemia felt her heart pounding. She raised her sword, ready to lead her troops. "For our kingdom! For peace!"

As they advanced, thunder could be heard from the direction of the fortress. Enemies began to appear, imperial soldiers wearing ancient armor with eyes filled with hatred and fear. Euphemia could feel the tension in the air; this was the moment they had been waiting for.

"Charge!" Cornelia shouted from within her Gloucester, Cornelia's Gloucester was now a ninth generation knightmare like the new Guren and Lancelot. Instantly, the war began. Explosions and gunfire filled the air as the two armies fought fiercely.

The Vermilion Kingdom's army began to suppress the imperial army of over a million with their advanced weapons. The Vermilion soldiers used various magical attacks such as ice, fire, and lightning along with firearms. Meanwhile, thousands of Knightmares raced across the battlefield with various firearms.

Although the strength of the Vermilion kingdom's soldiers was strong, the imperial army was not weak either, they had superior physical strength to the Vermilion kingdom's soldiers. Moreover, some of them were not ordinary soldiers but professional assassins who possessed inhuman strength as well as special soldiers trained in the imperial boxing temple.

The battle continued with casualties on both sides, but the imperial army began to be overwhelmed by the terrifying power of the Vermilion kingdom despite having 10 times their number.
