F : is the level of an ordinary person without training.
E: the peak of strength possessed by humans through training (refers to the peak of humans in the normal without mystery or future technology).
D: the level of strength possessed by humans with superpowers or magic. The highest level of destructive power is capable of destroying buildings.
C: the level of power possessed by humans with superpowers or magic stronger than rank D. The highest level of destructive power is an area.
B: the level of power possessed by humans with superpowers or magic stronger than rank C. The highest level of destructive power is a small city.
A: the level of strength possessed by humans with superpowers or magic that is stronger than rank B. The highest level of destructive power is from a large city like Tokyo to a small island. Examples of this power ranking are Desperado from rakudai Kishi no Cavalry and Paladin from the world of god slayers.
S : after reaching S rank, one's strength reaches a qualitative change and cannot be measured easily. Everyone with S rank strength was an invincible force without the same strength rank. For example, Campione.
....Noah Ability.....
1. Desperado: a person who breaks the chain of fate, has resistance to fate-based abilities. Desperado has the ability to manipulate fate to a certain extent, for example if they force the fate of death on someone, then the person can die immediately or become immobile and their power weakens according to the level of power.
Nullify: negates the abilities of other Blazers except Desperado.
Aeternum: Noah's Blazer device with the concept of eternity. Has the ability to manipulate space, time, death and element manipulation.
Dimension Ark: a multiverse-level artifact that allows Noah to travel to other worlds.
2. Campione: a person who kills a heretical god who brings disaster to earth and seizes their authority.
Noah's Authority:
*White stallion: allows Noah to summon a white horse that carries the fire of the sun to burn enemies. Power gained after killing Verethragna
*Youth: provides protection to others and allows them to borrow some of Noah's power. Power gained after killing Verethragna
*Ram: allows Noah to rise from the dead. Power gained after killing Verethragna
*Warrior: Noah can summon a golden sword that can cut and seal the authority of a heretic god if he knows the origin of the authority and the identity of the god.
*Rule of the sky: a power that Noah obtained after combining the authority of the goat and Gale from Verethragna with the authority of the storm from Melqart. Allows him to control storms, thunder, and rain.
*Lord of the Netherworld: an authority he took from Hades, allows him to summon an army of the dead, creating a netherworld domain filled with the air of death that will weaken enemies without the power of death.
*Love of the sea: allows Noah to recover magic power faster when in the sea, walk on water, talk to various marine life. Authority obtained after killing Susanoo.
*Wrath of the ocean: Noah can summon a terrible tsunami to drown everything. Authority obtained after killing Poseidon.
*Authority of the contract: an authority obtained after killing Perseus who is one of Mithra's identities. Allows Noah to make binding contracts even for gods. Noah can borrow some of the power from people who have contracts with him.
3. Geass: the power that Noah obtained from C.C, allows Noah to read all of the target's memories.
