Chapter 16: Chapter 16

Magneto's hideout, a fortress on the remote island of Genosha, a sanctuary to those who saw truth to his vision. It was a sprawling complex with metallic structures that seemed to pulse with energy. Inside, the walls were adorned with symbols of mutant supremacy, and the air buzzed with the hum of advanced technology, all manipulated and controlled by the master of magnetism himself.

In one of the dimly lit rooms, Mystique stood beside a young girl with striking blue skin and a body covered in scales. Mystique's yellow eyes glinted in the light, her form-fitting white outfit accentuating her lithe, muscular build. Next to her was Irene, a blind girl with an eerie calm about her, often lost in the broken visions of the future that haunted her mind.

'This girl,' Mystique thought, 'although her visions have always been a bit off the rails but still, it's been helpful so far. Yet now, she's seen something… unsettling.'

Irene spoke softly, her voice carrying the weight of prophecy, "A new force… an omega or something else, I don't know… but shrouded in haze… I cannot see her…him clearly."

Mystique's gaze hardened. 'An omega mutant?… If true, this could tip the balance of power. But why is Irene's vision so unclear now, it's always made sense even with all the nonsense she says all the time?'

Magneto looked at mystique then at Irene, with his flowing cape and imposing helmet, descended gracefully from the ceiling, his eyes glowing with a mixture of curiosity and power. His presence was commanding, an aura of authority radiating from him as he floated down to Irene.

"Irene," Magneto's voice was calm but firm, "What do you see? Describe this new mutant."

Irene's face contorted as she tried to focus. "I see… broken pieces… effects… not the mutant. A space with a black hole… an endless expanse…"

Mystique's thoughts raced. 'A black hole? What kind of power could cause such a vision could it be the mutant's ability, generation of blackholes?'

Magneto's eyes narrowed as he processed Irene's cryptic message. "A black hole… This is unprecedented. Even Charles would sense this anomaly. We must act swiftly to find and recruit this potential ally to our cause."

Mystique nodded in agreement. 'If even Irene is struggling to see this mutant, then they are truly unique. Of course We can't let Charles get to them first.'

Magneto began questioning Irene further, trying to glean more information from her fragmented visions. "What else do you see, Irene? Any other disturbances?"

Irene's voice trembled as she spoke, "New York… a great battle… the origin is in Bayville… but it's all mixed… I see… something coming… from another dimension…"

Mystique watched as Magneto's expression shifted, his mind working to piece together the puzzle. 'An omega-level mutant causing such ripples… This could be a game-changer. But another dimension, what does she mean? The stakes are higher than ever.'

Magneto's thoughts drifted to the Brotherhood and their eternal struggle against the X-Men. 'With the humans building weapons against us, and now this new mutant… We must strengthen our ranks.'

Mystique shared Magneto's concerns. 'We need to act fast. The X-Men are already a step ahead with their resources and Charles' telepathy. We can't afford any delays we need to find more.' She looks at magneto before her thoughts drifted to a certain red headed daughter of his.

The next day, Gojo Satoru strolled through the bustling halls of Bayville High. His mind was still reeling from the encounter with Yao, the Ancient One. 'What does she expect me to do? Just sit still and not intervene? Every action has consequences, but doing nothing is just as dangerous.'

As he walked, he noticed two groups in the midst of a heated argument. On one side were the X-Men, led by Scott and Jean, and on the other were the Brotherhood, with Pietro at the forefront.

"You X-Men always think you're so righteous!" Pietro spat.

Scott shot back, "We're just trying to keep the peace, Pietro. Unlike you and your gang."

Before the argument could escalate further, Pietro's eyes landed on Gojo. "Hey, you! White-haired chicken!" he called out, his tone mocking.

Gojo's POV

'Did the fucking howler monkey just call me a chicken?' turning to face Pietro. "Seriously, a chicken? Wow, you really do need to improve your trash talk."

Looking at Pietro's face as it twisted in anger. Before he could respond, Toad stepped up, trying to join in the insult. I shot him a side-eye. "I was wondering if the school sewer system had a burst pipe," holding my nose dramatically. "Whew, dayum, you stink like defecation. Did your mother forget to draw you a bath?"

Laughter erupted from the students passing by. Blob, trying to intimidate me, what ran through my mind was how far he'd be blasted of with a concentrated blast of TK, 'I wonder would he still be immovable when If I use the same output as I did with abomination and hulk?' stepping forward, the rest of the Brotherhood following suit. The X-Men moved to stand in front of me, forming a protective line.

'Great, more drama,' I thought, raising an eyebrow at the escalating tension. Just then, the bell rang, signaling the start of classes. Principal Darkholme, who I could sense was actually Mystique, appeared, looking intently at Pietro.

"This isn't over, losers," Pietro spat before turning to his crew. "Come on."

I felt Mystique's gaze on my back. I turned, my blue eyes shining slightly as I looked at her before making his way to class trying to avoid questions I knew was coming. Scott and Jean intercepted him, their expressions serious.

"We need to talk," Scott said, standing in front of me with Jean looking expectantly at him.

"Hmmm, after school," I replied nonchalantly, brushing past them.

'Well I guess they know about my powers, ain't no way baldy wouldn't try and use them to get to me.'

Kurt, Kitty, and Rogue, who had been watching the exchange, fell in line as they all headed to their respective classes.

(General.POV)

Gojo spent the day moving through his AP classes, his mind still buzzing with the Ancient one's confrontation and concerns about the entities she told him about. As he listened to the lectures, he couldn't help but let his thoughts wander to the broader implications of his presence in this world. 'Apocalypse, the Dark Phoenix, Sentinels… How different is this world from the comics and movies I know? What events will unfold, and how much should I get involved?' During lunch break, he skillfully avoided the ongoing drama between the X-Men and the Brotherhood. 'High school politics are more intense here than I remember,' he mused, slipping through the crowd to find a quiet corner. Despite the chaotic morning, the rest of the day passed relatively peacefully.
