Few days later...
[Main Building, Marineford]
Ray walked into Sengoku's office as apparently Sengoku had wanted to see him for something.
"I heard you wanted to see me Sengoku?" asked Ray as he stood in front of the Fleet Admiral.
Looking up from his large stack of paperwork, Sengoku finally noticed Ray standing in front of his.
"Yes, I've got a task for you" said Sengoku with a serious tone.
"Hmm? What is it?"
"Doflamingo has been causing some issue with the WG so they wanted us to remind him" said Sengoku, hate hidden underneath his eyes.
"Remind him what?
"That although he's a warlord, he isn't free to do whatever he wishes, you get what I mean don't you?" suggested Sengoku
"I see but why not just an Admiral"
"You can't just send an Admiral everywhere Ray, they're needed in the New World, especially after a new Yonko was just appointed" explained Sengoku
"I understand, I'll do it" responded Ray
"You will?" questioned Sengoku as this was the first time Ray didn't immediately refuse him.
"Doflamingo's reputation isn't great, it'll be a fun trip" said Ray with a smile.
"Ok... you won't cause any trouble, will ya?" asked Sengoku.
"Hah Hah, trust me Sengoku" said Ray as he walked out of the office.

[New World, Dressrosa]
Dressrosa is one of the Twenty Kingdoms that were responsible for founding the World Government after the defeat of the Great Kingdom.
The country is well-known for its flower fields, its cuisine, its passionate women, and of course its battle colosseum.
Currently, Ray was stood at the front of the ship, calm as currently apart from Mihawk, none of the Seven Warlords were remotely a threat to him.
Donquixote Doflamingo, nicknamed "Heavenly Yaksha", is the captain of the Donquixote Pirates. He was a member of the Seven Warlords of the Sea with a frozen bounty of 340,000,000, as well as the most influential underworld broker under the codename "Joker".
He's also a former World Noble, descended from the Donquixote Family.
'Strange, I wonder if Sengoku thought of this mission himself or was ordered by the Gorosei' thought Ray.
Although Doflamingo was currently a warlord, he acquired the position by blackmailing the WG, he doubted that sat well with the elders.
Not to mention, Sengoku's adopted son Corazon, Doflamingo's own brother was executed by himself. If not for Sengoku's fierce loyalty to the Marines, he doubted that Doflamingo would be able to run freely around the New World.
'Oh well, as long as I don't kill him' concluded Ray as his ship neared the port of Dressrosa.
A few minutes later...
From the Marine ship that had just docked onto the port, only Ray walked out as the others weren't needed. Ever since the Hyokaido massacre, Ray requested Sengoku to deploy as little men on his ship as possible.
As Ray walked out, he noticed something waiting along the port. He wore a light-coloured hat with brown locks of hair coming down from it.
He had striped, orange and red rectangular streaks that ran down from his forehead, through his eyes, straight to his chin. It was Diamente, one of the top three officers of the Donquixote Pirates.
Narrowing his eyes, Ray started directly at Diamente, inspecting him.
'Hmm, he's quite... ugly' thought Ray.
Diamente on the other hand was sweating slightly, he was well aware of Ray's feats in the New World. Vice Admiral at 23, as well as besting King and Queen of the Beast Pirates in battle, apart from Yonkos and a few select individuals, he was unmatched in the New World.
"Take me to Doflamingo" ordered Ray.
"Bu-" stuttered Diamente before being interrupted.
"Now! Don't me repeat myself" demanded Ray.
"A-As you wish Vice Admiral" replied Diamente as he led Ray towards his captain.

[Royal Palace, Dressrosa]
"Doffy, this isn't looking good for us" said Trebol as he had just gotten news of Ray's arrival.
"HEE HEE HEE! No need to panic, Trebol" said Doflamingo as he laid on his couch leisurely.
Doflamingo was a very tall, standing at 10 feet tall, very lean and muscular man with a six pack and blonde hair incredibly short resembled a pixie cut. He was dressed in flamboyant clothing.
In reference to his animal theme, the flamingo, his clothes were brightly coloured, with his large light pink feather coat most distinctly of all.
Doflamingo sported a pair of curved, thin white sunglasses, which appear to serve as his eyesight with red lenses.
"We shouldn't take this lightly, Doffy" reminded Trebol once again.
"What do we possibly have to fear? I'm a warlord, and I've secretly got the backing of a Yonko" responded Doflamingo.

Not long after, Diamente knocked on the door and entered alongside Ray.
"Welcome, Vice Admiral Ray to my Kingdom" announced Doflamingo.
Ray ignoring his welcome, looked around the luxurious room before sitting down on the couch opposite Doflamingo.
He crossed his legs on the table, getting in a comfortable position before preparing to deliver the message.
Doflamingo was of course unhappy but he didn't show it, he couldn't appear rash before the Vice Admiral.
After a minute of silence, the atmosphere in the room dwindled, then Ray suddenly spoke.
"I'm here for a simple reason" stated Ray
"And what might that be, Vice Admiral" responded Doflamingo
"Although you're a warlord and have rights given by the world government, you aren't to just run around doing whatever you want like a moron" declared Ray
Pica unable to take the disrespect towards his captain, shouted at Ray.
"Bastard, who do you think you are!"
His sudden involvement in the conversation annoyed Ray a little, he looked directly at Pica and the narrowed his eyes.
ZzzzZt
An oppressive Conqueror's Haki exploded from Ray, completely shifting the atmosphere in the room. All the windows shattered as all the Donquixote Pirates were sweating bullets, apart from Doflamingo, the rest fell on their knees as the furniture in the room cracked under the pressure.
"A bunch of fucking flith, if it wasn't for your status as one of the Seven Warlords, I'd decapitate you all... right at this very moment" said Ray with authority, honestly, he disliked the Donquixote Pirates as he knew exactly how they acquired Dressrosa.

Another wave of Conqueror's Haki was unleashed from Doflamingo, lessening the pressure on his subordinates. Still, it was evident that his Haki was far inferior to Ray's.
Unable to hold his anger, Doflamingo questioned with authority "WHAT do you think you're doing Vice Admiral?!?"
Turning back towards Doflamingo, Ray smirked at him before simply stating "This!"
Ray suddenly flashed next to Doflamingo, no one able to react in time as he grabbed Doflamingo's blonde hair and slammed him with extreme force onto the table, shattering it into pieces.
Whilst grabbing a hold of his head, Ray decided he would do Sengoku a favour.
Rokuogan
A small shockwave was released from Ray's palm, almost crushing Doflamingo's skull as he then coughed out a small chunk of blood.
The rest of the Donquixote Pirates finally managed to react, lunging at Ray.
Although, this was unwise as Ray slightly unsheathed Kurenza, a slash instantly formed before the Donquixote Pirates, sending them flying through the palace walls.
Doflamingo struggled under Ray's grip, trying his best to escape Ray's grasp. However, Ray simply slammed his head into the ground, controlling his strength as he couldn't kill Doflamingo yet.
"Let this be a friendly reminder, Doflamingo... if the Seven Warlords system ever get abolished, you better start praying" concluded Ray as he put his hands in his pockets and walked out the room in a stroll...
