An uninhabited deserted island.
The Rooster Pirates, who narrowly escaped death, are resting here.
Edwards and his crew had a stroke of luck, managing to escape the attack of Laboon, the whale.

The Rooster Pirates were gathering supplies for their next voyage on the deserted island.
Meanwhile, at a certain distance from the island on the sea, unlike the sunny deserted island, that part of the sea was covered with dark clouds.

A hailstone fell from the sky, creating a dent in the calm sea, and massive hailstones continued to pour down from the sky.
If one looked up at the sky now, they'd be amazed to see the view.

Watching the figure in the sky that looked like a demon, everyone around was swallowing their saliva.
This was yet another display of Roy's power.

Watching the cloud giant in the sky gradually dissipate, a cloud floated towards the deserted island.

That's also the essential tool for developing the Cloud-Cloud Fruit's abilities.
Moreover, the unique Skypiea culture in the sky, with different clouds having different functions, would be an important direction and reference for Roy's future ability development.
Besides, Roy had long coveted those floating Sky Islands.
Although Enel in the sky is a huge threat, it's well-known that Skypiea is not the only sky island in the sea.
So, for now, Roy doesn't plan to clash with Enel. He intends to find a small, desolate sky island, occupy it, and use his abilities to control and develop it.
This is Roy's short-term plan.
Of course, the areas ruled by Enel, Roy definitely wants to take them eventually, whether it's the vast Sky Islands or the hidden City of Gold in the Sea of Clouds.
These are things Roy can't let go of, but in the short term, he doesn't want to clash with the freak Enel.
Because the more one contacts the Logia Devil Fruits, the more terrifying their power seems. Thinking of the so-called strongest lightning fruit among the Logia types.
Roy feels that with his current strength, he's not fully confident in taking down Enel directly.
After all, that's a top-tier Devil Fruit known for both speed and attack power.
In Roy's opinion, apart from Kaido and Kizaru, who might be able to defeat Enel(in speed and power of the devil fruit), no one else could probably do it.
Although Luffy could defeat Enel, Roy thinks that was purely become of his plot-armour and luck as the protagonist.
Throwing the towel to Edwards, who was acting as a waiter, he said, "Blueno, it's about time we head back. If we keep skipping work, Spandam will probably go crazy!"
Bruno looked at Roy with increasing respect.
In the sea, strength is the true currency, and admiring the strong is never outdated.
Roy had conquered Blueno with his strength.
Compared to Spandam, the nasty superior who got his position through connections, he considers Roy to be million times better.
Although Roy also got in through connections, his strength genuinely impressed Blueno, a member of CP9.
After Roy returned, the Rooster Pirates sped up their search for daily supplies and the renovation of their pirate ship.
With fresh water and fruits loaded onto the ship, the pirate ship docked by the deserted island, after a makeover, began sailing towards Enies Lobby.

Clearly, to Roy, Enies Lobby was a nice, pretty office space.
But to the members of the Rooster Pirates, Enies Lobby was hell on earth, no less!
After all, they were pirates!!
It's widely known that behind this seemingly beautiful Island is the infamous prison, Impel Down.
In such a place, any hardened criminal would probably feel their legs go weak.
