Flashes of a life that was not his own passed him by like they were, from childhood to being an adult they went until the last one settled on what should have been the last thing. His new apartment, an apartment that he knew for sure wasn't his own, but it held memoires for him.
He woke with a start and looked around startled, the bedroom that he was in was certainly not his own, he was sure of that as he was still someone who at twenty-seven lived at home. Which was his childhood home in his childhood bedroom, this was not his childhood bedroom, he knew that for a fact.
Without a second thought he jumped from the bed and ran to the bathroom, with the memories of the body it wasn't hard for him to find. Plus, it was a bedroom apartment, so he didn't need to worry about actually finding the bathroom when it wasn't so hard to find.
Turning on the light he paused looking into the mirror, "Well shit." he said watching as his reflection's lips followed as he said those words.
He knew the face that looked back at him in the mirror, it was Joe Goldberg from the show You, it wasn't hard to piece together as the apartment looked the same too. His brain was trying to process what the hell he was supposed to do, because he didn't know where at the moment the show was exactly.
Obviously, he was already in L.A but that also just meant that he still had Beck's and all those other people's deaths on his hands. None of that compared to the fact that Candace was also after him though, she was determined to oust him to people.
He ruffled his hair while turning on the sink faucet and splashing water in his face, 'Alright I can do this. This won't be that hard, all I need to do is not get involved with...'
Joe who had accepted his life paused, he had remembered how Candace found him in L.A it was only because he had tried to help Forty out. Which made his mind turn to Love, the woman who Joe had been obsessed with in this season, the mother of his child.
[System Activating....]
[System Active! Welcome to the 'Skill Gacha System'!]
Joe paused, then a giant smile went over his face as he thought of having a system, it could help him a lot to get over some things in this world that he needed. Well at least he would hope so, he had read enough novels and fanfictions to know that sometimes they also weren't much help.
'System what can you do?'
[The Skill Gacha System is meant to help the host gain skills so that he can live his life smoothly as Joe Goldberg.]

Joe smiled but nodded happily, 'Yes, Spin!'
A torrent of colorful lights flashed in front of his face before a glowing rainbow orb floated in front of his face, he hesitantly reached out and touched it. Suddenly a rush of knowledge rushed into his head making him lean over in pain as he absorbed all the knowledge that was given to him.
[Congratulations host for gaining the SSS-Class skill Master Hacker: You are like a phantom when your hands dance across the keyboard anything that can be done electronically is child work for you.]
Joe smiled happily, he was glad that he got that because while he was watching it spin, he completely forgot about Will. Who he had locked in the storage locker at this moment, the guy also had many problems, but he was drawing a blank when it came to what they were.
Sighing he would figure it out later, for now he was going to go ahead and do something with this new hacking skill that the original Joe couldn't do no matter how hard he worked. He brought out the laptop he had and began hacking into the state departments records and created a false identity for himself.
When he created a whole backstory that would hold up solidly, after that he was ready to go out into the world as Joe Angel, it was basically his same backstory. Though he was born in Texas rather than New York which would help him in not having to lie to a whole lot of people about who he was.
Though Delilah thinking he was Will wasn't going to change for a while, at least until he could just tell her that he had paid to have a name change. Yawning he went back to bed, he was ready to face the world tomorrow, well maybe.

Description: You are now taking the place of Joe Goldberg and with it the challenges that he had before you became him. Your goal is to at least get Love Quinn to fall in love with you or interested the same way.
Reward: A-Class Gacha Ticket
Penalty: Cops find out the truth, Life in Jail.]
Joe saw this right before he fell asleep, 'Well that won't be too much of a challenge.' he thought before he fell asleep.

The next morning Joe got dressed and made himself some coffee while grabbing his bag before he left out the door, he looked over the ledge to see the same scene from the first episode. "Are you like, "Lady, come on. How many photos does it take?" Crazy thing is, she never posts any of them. That's, like, gotta be a diagnosis, right?" Someone said next to him.
Joe looked over and smiled slightly, it was a young Jenna Ortega who was talking to him, he kind of remembers what happens to character but not fully. Although this was the last show he was watching before he got here, he was in season 4, which meant that so much had happened that he wouldn't remember what happened to her.
"Ms. Strauss secretly has six chihuahuas, so she walks them in shifts. And you? You are Will Bettelheim, LA newbie." She said with a smile while pointing at another woman who was walking dogs.
"Yeah, that's me, though I am thinking of a name change. Will has never suited me, don't you think?" Joe said back.
From there it went ahead like the show, he laughed when she walked off as her sister was still talking about the shirt she was wearing which was hers. Joe was watching Delilah tell off Ellie with a smile before she looked back at him with a mini glare which caused his smile to grow some more.
"Hey. You lay a finger on her, and I will vivisect your individual scrotums." She threatened her glare growing harder as she looked at him.
He chuckled though, "Don't worry she is a kid, I'm not a creep like that."
She huffed walking away from him.
Shaking his head Joe left, he still needed to go to 'AnavriN' to get a job, it was the quickest way to get Love to notice him, it was actually the only way for her to. As he walked down the street he sighed, the weather was hot as hell and he didn't want to be in it, but he didn't have a car yet so this was all he could do.
