Chapter 79: Not good
Wait, no! There was a man inside that jet. Did he die?" Faria wondered as the smoke cleared, revealing no signs of blood in the air.
(Unbeknownst to Faria, Tamim had teleported the jet's driver before the explosion.)
"Ugh, why do I always forget? I'm fighting against two idiot humans," grumbled the entity as it teleported in front of Tamim and delivered a punch. Tamim quickly teleported closer to Faria.
"Faria, do you have any idea about this thing?" Tamim asked.
"No idea. It doesn't seem from our world. The way it speaks human words sounds strange," replied Faria.
"Yeah, I'm not from this world. I'm from the Nither Dimension. Well, I don't know how to explain this, but just assume I'm the most powerful entity of my dimension, and I'm here to take some treasure that I want," declared the entity as it began shooting particles from its body in all directions.
Tamim quickly created an energy field, and Faria created a portal, teleporting her to the top of the mountain in response to the attack.
Tamim's energy field shattered upon the first impact, hitting his chest and then his head. Tamim screamed in pain.
Seeing this, Faria swiftly created a portal and teleported herself in front of Tamim.
She generated her own energy field, but it started breaking under the assault of the particles.
Faria managed to rescue Tamim from the onslaught and reached the safety of the mountain. "Thanks," Tamim gasped, "it didn't give me time to choose a direction for teleportation."
As they caught their breath, they observed the monster flying through the air. "What's it going to do now?" Tamim said
Faria created another energy field.
Several fighter jets entered the battlefield and began firing at the entity from different angles. The entity effortlessly absorbed the missiles launched by the jets.
The entity teleported in front of one of the jets, ready to deliver a devastating blow.
However, Faria swiftly created a portal, blocking the entity's punch but inadvertently colliding with the jet.
Tamim quickly teleported the jet's pilot to safety before impact.
Meanwhile, Tamim teleported behind the entity, intending to strike it. But the monster reacted quickly, delivering a powerful kick that sent Tamim crashing to the ground.
Seeing this, Faria flew towards the entity and attempted to punch it, but the entity grabbed her hand and threw her on the ground.
As a missile approached from another jet, the entity absorbed the attack and retaliated by destroying the jet with a single punch.
