Should Susan be forgiven? Emily pondered the question, but Susan's actions had violated pack rules. If she wasn't punished, how would Klaus establish his authority in the future?

Yet, Susan was being manipulated by Dyson, and as she was merely a girl, perhaps she shouldn't be punished too harshly.

"Have you come up with a solution?" Klaus inquired.

Emily pursed her lips for a moment as she deliberated, "I believe we should show kindness to our former Alpha's daughter."

"So?" Klaus elongated the syllable.

"Although Susan's actions breach the pack's rules, she's being exploited by Dyson. Therefore, I think we could give her a relatively minor punishment," Emily said, then hesitated, looking uncertainly at Klaus.

She hoped Klaus would offer his guidance or that he would ultimately make the decision. After all, Klaus had more experience than she did in managing the pack.
