Nyx found it strange. After Hypnos created the Dream Realm and placed the Oneiroi there, the Oneiroi split into 3000 Dream Gods, forming them through Hypnos' sleep laws.
This is the origin of the 3000 Dream Gods. Therefore, these 3000 Dream Gods can be called Hypnos' brothers or his offspring.
Alternatively, separating Oneiroi and the 3000 Dream Gods is also appropriate. Oneiroi is Nyx's child, and the 3000 Dream Gods are Hypnos' children. This description seems quite fitting.
Hades, after leaving the power of the Underworld King, said calmly, "Let them gestate here. Over time, in millions of years, they will be born."
