Chapter 55: Ch - 55 Cured?
By the time he finished isolating every shrapnel in her body, Caitlin and the others, who were worried about them, rushed over to ask about Swayam's previous action of throwing something into the sky and it exploding.
Although it wasn't a big blast, it still worried them about what might have happened if it had exploded near them. They were relieved that Swayam acted swiftly and threw whatever it was away.
Caitlin, extremely worried about Swayam's well-being, subconsciously forgot that he was invulnerable to almost every type of external factor and that his body could also heal automatically. She went near him and inspected his body from head to toe.
Only when she didn't spot any scratches or injuries on his body did she heave a sigh of relief.
Swayam, who was being inspected by Caitlin, remained silent the whole time because he knew he had made her worried.
After she was done inspecting him, she tightly hugged him and refused to let go. She only separated from him when she heard Cisco concernedly asking Ms. Sans Souci how she was feeling.
"I'm feeling normal as usual and don't feel any changes in me, but I think that we just have to check to see if I can now touch everyday stuff or not," replied Ms. Sans Souci, while internally feeling for any changes.
After separating from Swayam, Caitlin remained by his side. But since she was the one supervising Ms. Sans Souci's metahuman ability, although Swayam had stated that he could solve Ms. Souci's trouble regarding her ability and she wholeheartedly believed him and trusted him completely, she still had to confirm it for everyone's safety.
She instructed Cisco to bring a bunch of frisbees so that Ms. Souci could touch them without worrying about anything else.
After bringing the frisbees, on Caitlin's orders, Cisco backed away from Ms. Sans Souci.
Only when everyone went quite some distance away from her did Ms. Souci dare to pick up a frisbee placed nearby. Once she held the frisbee, she was surprised because previously, when she held any object in her hands, it would automatically convert into a bomb. But now, she could feel that the frisbee in her hand would only become a bomb when she supplied it with the dormant energy in her body.
When everyone, who was standing quite some distance away and observing her, saw that the frisbee didn't become a bomb, they approached Ms. Souci.
Swayam, accompanied by Caitlin, spoke, "Congratulations, Ms. Souci. Now you can live a normal life." Following his example, everyone also began to congratulate her.
As they were congratulating her, Barry received a call from Joe, who informed him that General Eiling had somehow managed to track Ms. Souci's location and was now arriving at that place.
Swayam, having heightened senses, completely heard Barry and Joe's conversation and was thinking to himself how they located Ms. Souci. Then he remembered that the small replica of himself which was converted into a bomb and thrown into the sky must be the reason they pinpointed her location.
While Swayam was lost in thought, Barry informed everyone about General Eiling soon reaching the place.
When Ms. Sans Souci heard that General Eiling was arriving, she decided she wanted to confront him and informed everyone about it.
Harrison Wells, familiar with General Eiling's character, looked at her and said, "Ms. Bette, I don't think that would be ideal. Even you know the lengths he would go to get you. So, I suggest that we leave this place and come up with a better solution to take care of him."
Barry, being Barry, also agreed with Harrison Wells' suggestion.
Eventually, everyone looked towards Swayam and waited for his opinion.
Seeing everyone's attention on him, Swayam looked at Cisco and asked, "Cisco, can you hack into General Eiling's equipment and provide us with his precise location?"
Cisco, upon getting instructions from Swayam, began crazily typing on his laptop, and in a few seconds, he informed everyone about General Eiling's location.
Seeing they had some time before General Eiling arrived, Swayam instructed everyone to get into the S.T.A.R. Labs truck while he and Barry loaded the equipment.
Just as everyone got inside the truck, Swayam and Barry, using their super strength and superspeed, quickly loaded the equipment.
After they were done, Swayam and Barry also got inside the truck, and they hastily left the place.
