Chapter 24: Put It All On Black!
As my Jowgen the Spiritualist attacks Time Wizard a click sounds off near the holograms. "I'll activate a spell card in my hand Roulette Shuffle! Which allows me to target one card each player's field and shuffle them back into the deck! Then we both summon a random monster from our graveyard ignoring all summoning conditions!"
'Even through in old YuGi-Oh you could activate spells like traps in the anime you can even in modern Yu-Gi-Oh activate quick play spells straight from the hand on your opponents turn.' "Wait! you didn't have that card facedown you can't activate it"
"That's where your wrong Roulette Shuffle has a second effect where if I control a "Roulette" monster I can activate this card from my hand even on my opponents turn!"
'For fucks sake why is there some many changed and new cards like is "Roulette" an archetype now?' The spell activates as Jowgen and Time Wizard's holograms are turned into cards with all monsters in the graveyard also being turn into holographic cards with them being shuffled by a dealer and randomly put onto both of our fields.
"The Red Eyes Black Dragon sweet!" Joey declares after getting dealed his card. "I got The Creator!" Normally The Creator can't be summoned from the graveyard but Roulette Shuffle ignored that condition."Roulette Shuffle's effect means I can't attack this turn so I'll just end."
"I'll draw and I'll finally end this by activating The Creator's effect!" Joey buts in. "You can't! Roulette Shuffle negates both of the monsters effects!"
"Fine then I'll just normal summon my Tribe-Infecting Virus and I'll use it's effect to discard my Gradius to destroy all "Dragon" type monsters! Including my own Creator!"
'The Creator is considered a "Dragon" monster as it says that its always considered a dragon on the field and in the graveyard but not in the deck or in the hand strangely.' "That means both of use will take damage you taking 1200 life points and I will take 1150!"

After the duel ends a silence goes through the hall as Yugi and the rest of his friends who are normally the only ones talking the middle of a duel are silent. "No way I lost to you!" Joey has another outburst followed by getting off of the duel arena and heading over to my side.
"There is no way your that good you must be using magic or something!" Joey runs over and relentlessly questions me about my deck and in his word what I did to learn "magic"
"Joey you did pretty good...for an amature I mean you couldn't even get me below 2000 life points. Like you basically didn't do a single point of damage to me throughout the entire duel."
Joey once again turn into a dog as he raises his voice and shouts comebacks at me until Yugi and the rest of his friends come up to us. "Hey Joey! Riku! your duel was amazing that Solemn Wishes card really helped you and Joey the Time Wizard into Roulette Shuffle was really good!"
Yugi starts off with what I swear to be a sparkle in his eyes I think I even saw the Millennium Puzzle shining for a second. "Riku we're going to be dueling soon I hope your ready since I won't back down!"
"Alright Yugi I'm not going to lose to a short stack like you I won't stop until I've defeated Pegasus and I'm the King of Games."
Yugi changes right before my eyes it's not anything big but his demeanor shifts and is Ba goes through the roof. "I won't either I've got to face Pegasus and I've got to get the prize money and I'll go through you if I have to!"
"Yugi Moto and Riku Yulunger please step onto the arena for the final duel for the title of King of Games!"

Gazelle The King Of Phantom Beasts/Level 4, 1500 ATK/1200 DEF, Normal, Beast/=This monster is so fast that it is mistaken as an illusion to mortal eyes (This card is always considered a "Illusion" monster.)
Phantom Beast Amalgamation Chimera/Level 6, 2600 ATK/1000 DEF, Fusion, Effect Beast/=(This card can only be summoned through "Polymerization") When this card is summoned you can target one "Phantom Beast" monster in your GY and special summon it. Once per turn you can discard one card and fusion summon one "Phantom Beast" monster using cards in your GY and treat it as if it was summoned using ""Polymerization". Once per turn this card can not be destroyed by battle.(This card is always considered a "Illusion" monster.)
