Chapter 35: Shopping spree

"Madam, there seems to be a problem." Hector announced, waiting for Iris' permission to continue further. 

When he relayed the news he just received, Iris couldn't help cussing under her breath, "That bitch again!"

Iris didn't encounter the woman in her past life, and didn't even see her as an enemy. However, seeing how adamant she was about taking revenge on her people, she couldn't stop herself from giving Penelope a taste of her own medicine. 

They hurried toward the clothing shop, and were almost at the door when Iris stopped abruptly, bent down on the floor to pick up a black card. 

"These two…" she mused, finally understanding why Cyrina would allow the situation to escalate, when she could have simply solved it by throwing some money in their faces.

Iris and her bodyguards walked in as soon as the police officers were about to lock the handcuff on Cyrina's wrist.
