Intro: Eternal Monarch is a being born outside of space and time who can bend the reality to his wish by consuming energy.
He is the only one of his species of celestial sapiens and he can't die, he can only be sealed to be a baby only if he wishes so.
Status of the MC currently:

Main quest: Absorb the baby celestial sapien powers fully to become the Eternal Monarch.
Description: Because of the choice of the previous eternal monarch, his powers are locked in the form of the baby celestial sapien, absorb them fully to become the next eternal monarch.

Abilities:
Reality manipulation: Currently can manipulate the reality of non living things, can only effect the meta abilities and concept of time in living beings. (Need Energy to manipulate reality, the greater the change in reality, the greater the energy consumption)
Energy manipulation: Can manipulate energy to do anything the monarch wishes.
Gates of Babylon (imitation) : By Storing the energy in the form of multiple energy spheres and shoot the energy beams through them. (Inspired from the OG Gates of Babylon of Gilgamesh)
Curtain: Similar function to the JJK verse

KAMEHAMEHA: (This one doesn't need any intro or description)
Rulers Authority: Can move things with a thought.
Dimension of the monarch: Personal dimension space of the monarch that exists inside the monarch where time and space becomes irrelevant. (Unlocks at 80%)
Reality warping of living beings, Can create living beings and manipulate them. (Unlocks at 90%)
Eternal Monarch: A celestial sapien with his own will and can create, bend the reality to his wish. (Unlocks at 100%)
Adoptive evolution of body and soul.
Link: Ability to link with other living beings to form a bond.

Monarch can boost the powers of bonded with his power.
Once the link is formed, they'll become soul mates and even destiny helps them to unite.
Once the link is formed, the bonded will be absolutely loyal to the monarch.
Monarch can sence the bonded location.
As long as the monarch is alive, the bonded can't be killed.
