Even when the exam had started, Nora did not react. The teacher took a few rounds in the class before she stood up beside Nora and did not from there for this whole time. As if she was making sure that Nora could not cheat.

A few students frowned looking at the partiality while a few students sneered. 

"What is the biggest drawback of Chemotherapy?" she asked at once when she noticed Nora was solving a crucial equation. She knew this was the best time to ask a question.

"The biggest issue is.." but the reply came so smoothly as if she had asked the question to a computer. The reply came in a calm voice with no pause.

"What is.." she continued. She could not believe that a girl from a developing country could be so talented to challenge her thesis.
