Chapter 144: Did She Run Away?

"Alright. Let's go. I am feeling tired already." Penny nodded and left the room under the shocked gazes of everyone. 

Ethan narrowed his eyes. Both are fools. But since his mistress had left, he did not have a reason to stick his butt here.

He ignored everyone, picked up the laptop and started working on the projector and screen.

"How can she do this! She is mistaken. Yet we did not blame her. But in the end, she accuses us before leaving?" no one paid attention to who said those words. But they all nodded and started grumbling.

Small groups were made and everyone started complaining. 

"I wasted so much time coming here. It was she who had cheated and lied and yet we all suffered." Kate looked at all of them. She wanted to say something. But she did not know what happened.

"Forget it! Since she is gone, we should go and study too. Why waste your time standing here." Jake was the first to mutter and many sighed.
