● You are granted the skillset necessary to survive in any environment, with your
body/clothes adapting as needed.
● You become able to speak and understand any language, whether spoken, written or containing non-verbal components such as telepathy.
● You will always know where you are, where you've been and how to navigate/orient yourself by any means.
● You can 'mark' any world that you've been in in order to more easily find it
Essence of blank
Your potential becomes limitless. You can learn any discipline or skillset, even if you shouldn't be capable of it, without forgetting it and practice them into mastery, no matter how many you learn. Any abilities you have from other Essences will increase where possible and develop in ways beyond their initial purposes.
Essence of skill mastery
You have a near-limitless capacity to learn and master any skill or feat that you could possibly execute without openly defying the laws of physics (unless, of course, you already have a power or ability that allows you to ignore that particular law of physics). You require only the most minimal or widely available introductory knowledge to begin the process of independently reproducing the entire available body of knowledge on a given topic and then extending it even
further.
* The speed at which you acquire, master, and create skills and techniques is
nigh-inconceivable. You could attain in mere minutes a level of proficiency that a normal genius would require lifetimes to attain. Furthermore, you will never forget any of your knowledge or later become incapable of your peak accomplishments, meaning that with time you will inevitably become a veritable Swiss army knife of incredible scientific knowledge, Olympic feats of strength and skill, and much, much more.
* You can manually control your own motivations, totally divulging your will from the limits of your physical body. You can ignore anything keeping you from your current goals, remain unflinchingly motivated to complete tasks despite lack of rest or sustenance, and simply ignore pain and other adverse conditions. Your body may deteriorate and your mind shrivel away, but your will is absolute. This will not affect your morality unless you wish it to.
* Your cognition processing is enhanced to where you can instantaneously perform high-level problem solving and critical thinking. You can instantly solve even the most difficult, complicated or advanced mathematical or geometric problems, as long as you understand it in the first place. You can also multitask with ease, keeping mental track of multiple factors without difficulty. Your memory is truly perfect, though you may choose to selectively let things fade.
* If it is at all possible for you to perform a physical feat given your knowledge, genetic composition, metabolism, and physical dimensions then you may reliably complete that feat every single time. When you are completing a longer task the speed at which you work and cogitate can accelerate exponentially over time, and are physically capped only by the hard limits of your biology. In minutes you could be in a state of transcendent genius, or be moving with the speed and precision of factory automation in every task you complete.
* Simply desiring to evaluate a scenario will allow your mind to utilize all of the information at its disposal to immediately generate as many potential solutions to the problem as it can. For example, reacting to a combat situation would have your mind almost instantly generate thousands of possible escape routes and contingency responses for virtually any imaginable combination of powers and abilities that your opponent might possess, up to the degree that any effective response could be possible at all for you given the existing conditions. You may only use information you are actually aware of to develop these possible solution sets, and your conclusions are still potentially vulnerable to ignorance or disinformation if these would apply to your situation.
* The type and amount of skills and disciplines you may potentially master is literally all-encompassing. You are by no means limited only to accomplishments in science and technology; in less than a day you could become history's greatest master of martial arts, or its greatest detective, or its most talented artist, or most charismatic leader, or greatest strategist, or any similar feat.
* Your potential scientific accomplishments are equally as unlimited; a short period of study could allow you to cure the deadliest diseases, or build starships in your backyard, or solve the mysteries of genetic recoding, quantum computing, artificial intelligence, or any other possible technology. Should you care to push the boundaries then in a matter of months your discoveries could advance civilization to its extremes or make you into a transhumanist god. Who but you could imagine what might be possible for you after years or decades.
* You become fully aware of any flaws or errors in any task you have performed at the moment such an error is committed and you will never make the same mistake twice if you are at all capable of avoiding it. This essentially guarantees an entirely flawless end product in any feat of design or computation and exponentially minimizes the possibility of natural error as you perform basic intellectual or physical tasks. This can be exploited to learn how to perform tasks you are completely unfamiliar with via trial-and-error.
* Your potential mastery will not be limited by an unsound mind or body. At the time you drink this Essence you are cured of all physical health issues and genetic defects and are restored to the prime of life in a body of an appearance based on your desires and idealized self-image. You are likewise cured of all unwanted mental conditions, ailments, disabilities, etc.
* For all intents and purposes your intelligence is at least peak human in every aspect where your abilities do not already exceed that level, from creativity to perceptiveness/attention to detail to pattern recognition to anything else relevant. You can easily comprehend difficult topics and concepts, follow the smallest details to the most obscure solutions, and there is no concept you can't grasp eventually so long as you have at least some evidence to help you define it. Despite all this you will retain your essential 'self' and personality, without risking the death of identity that can accompany transcendence.
Essence of broken limiter
Your natural limiter, the factor that dictates that all beings can only grow their strength to a certain level, has been entirely broken and removed. This doesn't just apply to your physical strength but to all aspects of your being, whether physical, mental, spiritual, etc., and also applies to all abilities, powers, skills, etc. you may come to possess. Your body has been released from the constraints of normal logic - your muscles no longer dictate how much you can lift, the size of your brain no longer limits how much information it can store or how rapidly it can process things, etc. Given sufficient time or effort you there is no barrier you cannot pass, no level of opposition you cannot surmount. Even when doing absolutely nothing you still passively grow your power, surpassing each previous day's version of you by a small increment. This rate of growth continuously increases exponentially whenever you are training or practicing your abilities, or are even slightly challenged by any opposition.
* Your vast strength allows you to resist or outright ignore the abilities of those weaker than you. Whether it be a punch to the face or something as esoteric as an archmage's spells or an eldritch being's soul destruction, all such things are futile against you if not backed by sufficient power to overwhelm your limitlessly expanding might. If you wished you could rapidly evolve past the frailties of mere mortality, even to the point of being able to breathe in space (or beyond).
* Your strength will always be a blessing, not a curse. You are entirely immune to the "world of cardboard" problem and may always perfectly restrain yourself to precisely the limit that you wish to exert yourself and not more. You are immune to madness or insanity of any kind and your mind and soul may not be controlled, leashed, sealed, etc. by anyone. You are still capable of feeling emotions normally, but they will never overwhelm your ability to exercise sound judgement. Lastly, unlike a certain bald man, you are never more than mildly bored and may still take pleasure from life regardless of how much you grow.
* At the time you first drink this Essence you will be given the opportunity to re-sculpt your body to your desired aesthetics and idealized self-image. You will also be cured of any and all physical ailments, psychological trauma, and other unwanted mental conditions, ailments, disabilities, etc. You will have perfect control over your fertility and other minor, related buffs.
Essence of the First Person Shooter Protagonist
+You get a weapon wheel to put weapons and guns in with around 12 slots that you can switch between near instantaneously at will.
+You have a separate demolitions slot that fits in things that go boom. Like frag grenades.
+You have insane aim to the point where you could no scope head shot a guy while spinning 360 degrees miles away.

Essence of Wealth
An independent bank account is opened to your name with infinite funding. A credit card appears in your hand that is connected to this bank account. This account is hacker proof and only you can withdraw money from this account and use this card. You can use this to withdraw money from any banks and atm without any charges. The atm and bank clerks will not question or wonder about the bank account or credit card. This bank account is available to you in all worlds and universes where banks exist. The credit card will appear next to you if it's ever stolen or lost.
● You can create valid currency out of thin air if you can't find a bank, atm, or use your credit card.
● You can spend however much you like without worrying about the economy crashing with how much money is being circulated into it. It will actually help it and no one will question where the extra money is coming from. The extra money will sort itself out after a couple of weeks and disappear without it affecting anyone or hurting the economy.
● No one will question or investigate where you are getting your money from or how you are buying your things. You could buy entire companies and no one will care or investigate it.
● You can create precious metals and substances with 100% purity. The value of these precious metals and substances will never decrease if you ever decide to sell or hand them out in bulks.
● You won't have to worry about the IRS or other government agency that deals with money and taxes. They will never investigate you about your money and will never tax you. No one will ever question you about this.
Essence of overcoming limitations
This grants you a body that stands at the peak of whatever race that you start as and grants significantly higher strength, endurance, intelligence, wisdom durability, stamina, talent, coordination etc compared to the race. Alongside this the body can become even stronger without any limit with a decently high growth rate. This growth rate will also increase as you grow stronger. This also makes your mind significantly more resistant to anything that can negatively effect your mind(Boredom, Madness, Mind Control,Fear,telepathy, Memetic effects of Lovecraftian horrors and many many more things). Even standing in front of Cthulhu wouldn't drive you insane unless it uses its full power to do so. And rest assured you can recover from it given sometime away from such things.
● This essence grants you immortality in the form of infinite reincarnation allowing you to surpass the limits of mortality. This reincarnation cannot be stopped by any being no matter how powerful. You will only stop reincarnating if you truly with a completely sound mind wish for it. You can reincarnate in whatever world or universe that you choose fictional or otherwise. You can reincarnate as whoever you choose (Wanna be Superman Shagging Wonder Woman? Sure go ahead).
● If and only if you choose to be Canon character then you can activate a sort-of built-in auto-pilot that will allow you to do the same things they would have done had you not reincarnated as them. You can toggle on-off this auto-pilot as you please.
This can be complete auto-pilot or partial or no auto-pilot. This could be useful for universes that you have no knowledge of. This auto-pilot mode is fully under your control and cannot take over your body or form their own consciousness. This will allow you to understand whatever character you are reincarnated as. When you reincarnate, your status as a reincarnator and out-of-world knowledge and
skills etc are completely hidden from all beings who would normally know about it.
This means that if you are reborn as a human then even if you were a god in previous lives nobody will be able to detect the divine power in your body. You could go to Marvel verse and stand in front of One-Above-All and he wouldn't be able to tell that you don't belong and he'll receive info from his omniscience that you belong in Marvel. They'll only know about this status if you tell them yourself and allow them permission to look in your mind.
● When it concerns your outside knowledge your mind, body and soul are completely immune to anything that would disclose your secrets like telepathy, drugs etc. However,when it doesn't concern such knowledge, the only protection you get is what is mentioned above unless you have additional abilities from somewhere else.
● This immortality also allows you to retain everything. Anything physical, spiritual, mental such as memories, personality, skills, perks, abilities can be retained in subsequent reincarnations. You can discard or keep whatever you wish. If instead of dying from old age you are killed then in the next life you become immune to what killed you to a certain extent. (An example would be that if you died from Superman using his full power to rip your head off then should you reincarnate in the same universe Superman would need to use at least an order of magnitude more strength of kill you). Die enough times and you'll be invulnerable.
● Any abilities like a Sacred Gear/Exaltation or such similar abilities will be copied and the original will be released back into the world after you move on to the next life. Or if you don't wish to have it remain an item, you can turn it into an innate ability with none of the drawbacks it had before. It will function properly regardless, even though it shouldn't.
● Anything you gain from your adventures/CYOAs/Jumps whether by buying it or just pure hard work such as personal pocket dimensions, inventories, Bank accounts, Conquered universes and civilizations, Bases, Incomes, Potions, plants, gardens and such similar material things can also be taken with you into subsequent reincarnations and inserted without anyone questioning where they came from. And all of it fits in perfectly and legally.
● This also gives you a higher than normal luck that can be further trained to become stronger. In the beginning this will be just enough for it to be noticeable such that while it won't let you clean out casinos it will let you win enough money to live a few months in luxury, get that one hot girl you didn't have a much of a chance with etc. But once it starts growing life might as well be a smooth sailing boat. Train it to a sufficiently high level and entire pantheon of gods can fall before your luck, even the dumbest plans you make will have a high chance of succeeding.
● While this essence doesn't give you any knowledge or abilities in strategy, magic or ruling empires or anything that can be learned, If you manage to get your foot in the door, so to speak, your abilities will grow rapidly matching even the greatest of Archmages in a few years with this essence alone and surpass them if you have additional abilities that increase your growth even more.
● Any abilities you have whether it is a spell, mutant power, your pool of magic, Divine authority/Domains or merely just an ordinary skill will rapidly grow stronger eliminating weaknesses and limitations and adding new benefits surpassing what they previously were extremely quickly.
Even the cost of using your abilities will continue to decrease with practice until you can use your skills for decades before feeling a noticeable dip in your power. This will even work on your essences and even similar abilities that help other abilities grow. If you're a God, you do not need the worship of mortals or others to live, survive or grow stronger.
● Any of your abilities/powers that rely on external sources like Authorities/Domains become innate abilities in your next life. These innate abilities will be just as strong as the domain and can be used anywhere, no longer dependent on the permission of the World or the need of atmosphere or a planet.
They can be used at the same level without using mana and enhanced even higher with mana. These powers will still grow stronger through worship or training or any other method you have. Eventually you'll be able to create planetary/cosmic storms and the like, with the strength and potency being still enough to kill gods and destroy planets and galaxies. If other gods couldn't resist your attacks before then they won't be able to resist it after the changes regardless of their immunity etc. And it will only get stronger with time.
● This essence gives you minor porn logic enough to not harm partners during sexual activities and gives you a one time opportunity to decide what you look like and any look you chose will be absolutely, divinely gorgeous 10/10 to everyone. This is not some kind of allure effect, you just look that good. And this beauty will increase even more as you ggrow in life.
● Any such abilities/essences/perks/powers that are similar such as Peak body, learning ability, Essences, blessings, porn logic, immortality will stack regardless of any other CYOAs say. But they have to be at least similar.
Essence of the Immortal Heart
● No matter how long you live, time and circumstance will not weigh you down nor will it change you so much that you cannot recognise yourself.
● As the eons pass, you will never grow lesser in your own eyes. Indeed, you will only ever grow into more of the person you wish you could be, regardless of whatever horrors or terrible things you witness.
● You are immune to boredom and your patience stretches into eternity. If you so wished, you could easily do nothing but wait for the stars to burn out without issue or complication.
● You also have no issues with solitude, being capable of surviving with no one but yourself for company indefinitely without becoming distant or socially rusty as a result.
● No matter how much time passes or how many things you experience, you will never grow jaded or sick of simple pleasures or tasks. The sights and sounds you experience will always be as uplifting as the first time you saw them.
Essence of the Immortal Body
● Your flesh has been rendered immortal. No matter how much time passes, you will not age a day or look even slightly older. You have a powerful healing factor capable of erasing any damage done to you in moments, no matter how strange or esoteric.
● No level of damage or change is resistant to this. Being petrified, annihilated, dealt unhealing wounds or stranger, all of it will be removed and healed in moments.
● This is not cellular division or regeneration, but something more akin to the reversal of time, a true miracle that pays no heed to logic or common sense.
● You no longer have any needs of any kind. You do not need to breath, eat or drink. If you choose to do any of these things then you'll find you no longer produce waste either.
● You will continue aging up until your prime, should you find yourself younger than that for whatever reason, at which point your aging will halt as normal. This should leave your looks hovering at some indiscernible middle ground between late-twenties and mid-thirties.
● Should you be annihilated utterly, down to every last particle of your being, you will simply reappear in a few moments, utterly unharmed, in the same spot you died. If this location is blocked or otherwise still dangerous, you will be moved to the nearest safe location, wherever that may be.
● If you are severed into pieces or otherwise exploded into chunks, you will regenerate from the largest chunk. No worries about each part of your regenerating into a separate individual or something.
● You may choose to die at any moment, freeing yourself from your body and passing on to whatever fate awaits you after the death of the body. This choice can only ever be made when you truly wish for it of your own free mind. No amount of duress or control can force the issue.
Essence of the Immortal Soul
● Your soul is absolutely and completely immortal. Even if it is utterly destroyed with absolute and implacable power, it will heal from all damage instantly.
● If your body should die, be it from violence, sickness or old age, your soul will find its way to the nearest unborn child the moment you died and you will be reincarnated into that body.
● This can even extend so far as to place you in alternate universes if there are no nearby children suitable for your soul.
● You may decide criteria for your new body's appearance and state, such as race, gender, social standing and similar things, though making too specific a choice may lead to you being sent to a far off universe or planet.
Essence of the Immortal Mind
● Your mind is absolutely and completely immortal. Any level of damage or trauma will disappear in moments, completely healed.
● Your memory is similarly eternal, perfectly recording everything you witness and arranging itself in a manner most suited to you, such that you can recall anything you need to with nothing but a thought.
● Your skills will never become lesser for lack of repetition. If you became a master cook, then you will still be just as skilled in a few thousand years even if you never gave it another thought since then.
● No matter what force or stimuli you experience, you can never be driven insane,mentally broken or otherwise inflicted with permanent mental imbalance.
Essence of the Hercules method
By following this method and bringing your mind, body and spirit into alignment with your will, you will begin to walk the path of Cain and become a supernatural force to be reckoned with.
● There are multiple stages to the Method that will be outlined below:
○ Pre-Initiate: This is the level that most people will reach, lacking a true affinity for the Method. Flexibility on par with gymnasts, speed, strength and toughness
befitting an accomplished athlete, honed senses and a resistance to sickness,
poison and disease. Nothing worth mentioning.
○ Initiate: This is the first stage of the Method, when one can be considered to have started walking the Path of Cain. The practitioner can perceive the world as a canvas of blood and flesh, seeing straight through the skin of their fellow man to
accurately discern the placement of organs, muscles, nerves and veins. Their
physical power increases markedly, enough to outdo Olympian athletes in all
areas and easily tear both flesh and muscle apart with hands or teeth.
○ Adept: The second stage of the Method enhances the practitioner's senses
massively, allowing them to perceive the world with far greater clarity than before.
At this point, they can see the world in clear shades of blue that highlight the
movements of the people around them. By focusing on someone, you may
perceive a multitude of blue shadows that indicate possible actions a person
might take. The more advanced a practitioner is, the less shadows there are to
perceive, thus projecting greater certainty, and the more easily they can obscure
their own shadows from the Blue Vision of another practitioner. At this point, a
practitioner's physical power has increased even further, conferring far greater
resilience and speed, as well as the strength to bring down wood and steel
buildings with some effort.
Competent: This stage is when a practitioner becomes truly formidable. They can tighten their muscles to catch bullets or blades in their fibers, as well as force
external and internal injuries to close and heal through force of will. They can rip
apart steel like paper and shatter stone with ease, accurately navigate their
surroundings via hearing or feel the heartbeat of nearby people. Their physical
resilience, speed and flexibility continues to rise.
○ Expert: This stage is when a practitioner becomes capable of living forever. Their ability to heal themselves has advanced so far that they require no exercise or maintenance to stay in prime condition, nor do they suffer from age or infirmity,
though a small amount of sustenance is still required from time to time. Physical
Potency continues to increase, with the speed and reflexes to dodge bullets in
mid-air and outrun cars on the freeway.
○ Mastery: Only one has reached this stage of the Method, the creator of the Path himself, Cain. At this stage the practitioner's regeneration is so powerful that the only thing guaranteed to kill them is the destruction of their brain or truly terrible trauma to their entire body. More than no longer aging, the practitioner is now so beyond the needs of the body that being restrained in complete darkness for millennia with no sustenance will cause no harm or detriment. The master's body is now of a level that can't be compared to the lower stages, easily capable of killing scores of expert practitioners without blinking. At this level of mastery, even stranger methods of murder can be discovered, such as causing brain
hemorrhaging through eye-contact and similarly strange things.
○ Beyond Mastery: There are no known examples of stages beyond Mastery, but if you follow the Path dutifully, meditating and training for long enough, who knows what new fields of blood and bone you might find?
● You can instruct others in the Method, though only one in a million people will have the competence necessary to make true progress along the path.
● You possess talent equal to Luther Strode.
Essence of genius
You are incredibly, impossibly intelligent.
● Casual comprehension and manipulation of arbitrarily large, complex and strange numbers, figures and concepts is trivial to you.
● You are capable of comprehending any subject matter or material in an instant and you will never forget anything unless you choose to do so.
● You are in a constant state of inspiration and will always have ideas about how to improve things, even beyond the limits of possibility. This can be things from
manufacturing lines to electronics and biology or even the laws of physics themselves.
● Additionally, the tremendous power of your mind allows you to actually warp reality. In the beginning this will manifest as simple unrefined telekinesis, but will improve with time and usage until you can manipulate matter, energy and fundamental forces by will alone.
● The range of this ability will never grow beyond a hundred meters, but your fine control, power and finesse can improve without limit, with similar limitless applications.
Essence of the Hanma Bloodline
By imagining yourself as a Hanma, You have become a member of the Hanma Bloodline. This has made you at least 10 times beyond the peak of your race and will continue to grow without limit in power with training.
● Your new body is free of any defects and is immune to mundane diseases & poisons. It is a body built for combat that grants you the highest quality muscles & bones your race is capable of. You are also extremely flexible, and able to exert your maximum strength regardless of how contorted it is.
Your reaction time is also 10 times greater than what the peak of your species is capable of. In addition, you are able to survive in extreme environments, regardless of local temperature, oxygen levels, or pressure. Should you need to, you are able to enter into a state of suspended animation where your mind drifts into a dream. Your grip strength is so great that you can balance or hold up your entire body using just your two fingers or toes.
● Your body also has infinite stamina and a massive reserve of supernatural energy (ki,mana, chakra, etc.) that will grow larger as you use it.
● Your metabolism is so great that your body absorbs and uses 100% of all foods that you eat. You will be able to quickly heal from any injury after a meal.
● Your defense and resistance to damage, poison, curses, magic and other forms of harm is immense. Should be wounded by anything, your body adapts to that level of damage and will automatically nullify anything weaker in strength to whatever previously harmed you.
● You have a strong imagination and are capable of manifesting it into reality. It is possible to imagine yourself fighting against a skilled opponent that you have seen and immediately learning their techniques after a few imaginary practice matches with them.
You are also able to use this imagination to enhance your attacks; such as imagining yourself as a dinosaur and adding their physical power to your attack. Or if you like,create an imaginary dinner in your imaginary kitchen that somehow is able to nourish you. Also, these imaginary images aren't just in your head, other people are able to perceive them.
● Your talent is so great that you can learn a skill or ability with a week of dedicated practice, even if it has supernatural origins. In addition, your body is adaptive and quick to accept new forms of power based on whatever you encounter in a world (ex: If the world has spiral power, Nen, video game system; then you are capable of accessing it too).
● As you are a creature born to fight, even your mind is a weapon that can be used. Your mind is a fortress that can withstand any form of manipulation and even counterattack by sending your thoughts and emotions back to the attacker. These retaliatory thoughts will wreak havoc on the mind of your attacker, erasing their ego and memories.
● Finally, you are capable of breeding with anything and will not have to worry about any STDs. You are able to control your fertility and you can choose how strongly the children inherit your traits and powers.
● But the greatest power of the Hanma Bloodline is the Demon's Back. Upon flexing your back muscles, this genetic power activates and it massively multiplies your physical, mental, supernatural, and esoteric abilities. In addition, it immediately restores your body to any damage dealt from the battles & makes you immune to any damage that previously injured you.
Finally, upon exiting this state, your body adapts to the level of power gained from the transformation as your new base level. However, you will initially be unable to enter into this mode voluntarily and will automatically manifest when you are losing a life or death battle; During this involuntary manifestation, you will be animalistic. You can only enter this form once per battle.
Essence of the Blindspot
