"...spired inventor" the entity spoke in what Samuel thought was shock, he himself wasn't used to any of this as the entity ignored his previous question and seemed to be in deep thought.
"Hmm a mystery you have a lucky streak it would seem getting a power like this while having good karma" the entity spoke in a relaxed tone that wasn't able to hide a smirk. Samuel gathered his courage and asked "what's so good about it " the entity in a bemused tone spoke. "Its a power where a person is able to use knowledge across all universes with everyday resetting {Charges} with you having good karma you get 10 charges a day " Samuel astounded at the potential of this power asked again " who were those characters I saw on the wheel "
"Ahh those, were comic characters from your last life as you had been reincarnated before but you seem. To have been suppressed by that worlds laws so you couldn't unlock your memory, its not a problem to remove however so hold still " the entity out starches its hand and the wistful soul under goes a transformation.
The soul once called Samuel gets merged with another set of memories as a chain breaking sound in the surrounding space and influx of memories occur he was a fan of all types of Si-Fi and fanfictions. Particularly of transformers and WARHAMMER 40K he had just made up a new army of Tau with a bunch of new figurines when a gas explosion killed him he was called Michael before being called Samuel quite strange since. He was a surgeon who took only half his pay to help his patients to help them recover from medical fees due to corruption and over charging of people his soul was then sent to be judged. A neglectful angel oblivious to all his good karma who then sent on his way without speaking once to him and as he was born into a new world of earth where he was subjected to its laws and one of them was the forgoing of past memories.
"Huh" was all the person once called Samuel could come out with him now having an existential crisis with the goddess or demoness on who you ask then moving away from him and then explain all that was just mentioned.
"So your now whole again and I suppose you know what happens now due to all your time reading fanfictions of such things happing" the entity as he once called became known to him as Valeria as information about her floods into his brain.

with this information the soul speaks to Valeria " Thank you for giving me my memories back even as I was once Samuel I'm Michael I carry his values of family but only for my own I ask you goddess of the fortune of war what is to be my new purpose and your will".
"Moh no no be how you were before don't be so formal it annoys me" the annoyed tone of Valeria comes into sound as the soul stares quietly before bobbing up and down to affirm her will
Valeria then say " okay we have wasted enough time on waiting here so you have your power with having 10 {Charges} everyday you'll be going into a new body with you getting a system that is for using you're mercenary points or {MP} which allows you to buy materials or contracts to new worlds the better you do the more credit I can give you and the bigger the bonus " Valeria says this and the soul once again nods " Valeria can you give me a new name I have lived lives of both Michael and Samuel I which for a new person to come out of your boon "
"A name huh okay ill grant your request you shall be called Valeriel a name that holds the worth of god that is how high you shall hopefully rise now lets move onto world selection, Spin the wheel again and we will the body you will inhabit" Valeriel does as she askes and returns to the wheel and its goes faster than the eye can perceive "interesting " says both of them the world is....
