Chapter 28: Will You Be My Mom?

"What are you doing?" Joe asked Viona who was refocused in the kitchen.

"Continuing to make corn pudding," she answered without turning to Joe.

"Everyone's full, just do that tomorrow. You get some rest-,"

"Auntie, I want to eat corn pudding," said Sammy as he stepped closer to Viona in the kitchen making Joe stop his sentence and follow his son.

"Daddy, I want to see too," the boy shifted Joe's body who was standing right beside Viona, "Hold me," he continued commandingly.

"Did you see clearly?" Joe asked and Sammy nodded with a smile. Moreover, when he saw that his favorite nanny seemed to be engrossed in making food for him.

Both were now busy watching Viona who seemed to be skillfully mixing ingredients to make corn pudding.

"Isn't she very pretty, Daddy?" Sammy said to Joe as he noticed Viona's hairstyle which made her more beautiful than ever.
