"It seems like I went a little overboard in my looting, huh…?" Azmodeus asked himself with a wry chuckle.
"Well, it's whatever. There's no limit to the world of cultivation, so I will just keep progressing regardless of how far I go, all to acquire even greater strength."
Following these ludicrous words being uttered from his mouth, he started walking away from the bloody scene behind him.
And his destination was none other than the shed he had been struggling in for as long as he could remember.
Time waits for no man, and it is unknown whether I will be able to kill the next assassins that are sent after me…
Which is all to say that I just need to keep becoming stronger and stronger…
At these thoughts, Azmodeus took out a few dozen Pulse Condensation Qi Pills from his storage bag.
"These will be my ticket to making it into the Peak Pulse Condensation Realm," he murmured with an expectant gaze, his small hands holding the faint gray pills like the most priceless of jewels.

A few hours passed by, as Azmodeus could be seen cultivating inside a hut with a giant hole in the place where a door used to be.
He was sitting in a lotus position with his hands interlocked over one another as he circulated his inner strength, attempting to light up even more of his Meridians.
So far, he had filled a total of 81 Meridians, some with and some without the help of the Infinite Evolution System.
And it was now time for him to begin lighting up his 82nd Meridian, which would be the one that would allow him to progress into the Peak Pulse Condensation Realm!

Slight blue energy fluctuations were being emitted from the body of a young boy around twelve years old with above-average facial features as sweat beads fell down his face in large amounts.
It was quite obvious that breaking through into the Peak Pulse Condensation Stage was taking quite a toll on Azmodeus, but that didn't stop him from giving it everything he had!
And after a few minutes of tinkering on the verge of exhaustion, he ultimately came out on top as the energy surrounding him had dispersed, and along with it was a breakthrough into the Peak Pulse Condensation Stage!
"Haah… I finally did it… Haah…" He muttered, his body collapsing onto the ground as the fatigue from everything that happened in the last twenty four hours hit him all at once.
It looks like my cultivation isn't yet high enough to fully resist the need to sleep…
Azmodeus's thoughts echoed out inside his head as the last of the remaining strength within his body faded away along with his consciousness…

Half a day passed by in the blink of an eye as a young boy awoke with an abruptness that caused his still-evolving body to go flying off his straw-filled bed straight into the wall of his home!
BANG!
Azmodeus went right through the paper-thin wall like it wasn't even there as his body flew out of the hole he made, causing him to tumble a few times on the hard grassy ground outside.
"... Well, that was one hell of a wake-up call…" He murmured with a lethargic look on his face.
He was still getting used to the immense level of strength he possessed after breaking through to the Peak Pulse Condensation Stage.
And it was because of that lack of sufficient control that some of his physical abilities would be out of tune until he figured out how to properly get his power under his reigns.
Nonetheless, he still had some time till the Outer Sect Disciple Admittance Test started, so he figured he would practice throwing punches and stuff to better understand his own strength.

After around half an hour of experimentation, Azmodeus successfully obtained full control over all of his power.
And since there were still another two hours until the Outer Sect Disciple Admittance Test began, he decided to head deeper into the Yang Forest, aiming to take out a few Pulse Condensation Realm beasts before he made his way back to the Yang Sect's Outer Disciple Grounds.

Two hours passed by like the passing of seasons as Azmodeus was seen standing atop the corpse of a ten-meter-large boar-like beast with a long, sleek white jade dagger in his hand.
He wasn't really a fan of daggers, but this dagger was obtained from the leader of the Ten Shadows yesterday, so he decided to give it a chance.
And it turned out that he was far better at wielding a dagger than he was at wielding a sword, likely due to one of the side effects of his 'Stealth' Trait.
Nevertheless, a few system notifications rang out inside his head as he was slicing off the ears of the boar beast.

Azmodeus clicked the 'Assimilate Stats' option, as a few more pop-ups appeared in front of his face.

After all of these system notifications rang out, Azmodeus decided he would use 10,000 of his 20,000 Evolution Essence to upgrade his level.
After which, a few more system notifications sounded, followed by a system interface opening up.
