Chapter 109: Breakfast

Leonor woke up the next morning feeling invigorated, knowing she could exercise her mana properly for the first time in a year. 

The early spring was cool and she got into riding clothing. 

The last time she had worn pants was the few irresponsible times she practiced mana in her father's lands and depleted herself completely. She would stay out practicing so her father wouldn't bother her. She knew it wasn't good to tire herself out but it was the only way to feel freedom again.

That is, until she was married off to the duke. She thought she wouldn't be afforded freedom, but that wasn't the case.

Not knowing what occurred the night before, once Leonor was ready with her hair braided back for the day, she walked down the hallway, wondering if she should bother Stephano. She decided against it, deciding he probably pushed himself too hard by riding after an entire week of travel.
