Chapter 84: Under the blanket of darkness

Sir Lamorak's face turned red, and Artie laughed at his expression. Like a dog with it's tail between it's legs, he looked away, raising his glass to his lips. Artie's eyes sparkled while the rest of the knights at the table grew curious. 

"What happened between you two?" Sir Bedivere asked, and Artie snorted. 

"The idiot kissed me." Artie said and Percy gasped. 

"Idiot?" Sir Kay burst into laughter beside her, clutching his sides as he laughed. Sir Lamorak turned red in the face. 

"I warned you." He muttered quietly, and that only made more of the knights at the table laugh. 

"So? Why was he an idiot for doing so?" Artie's smile faltered for a second. 

"He tried to brag about it to these two, and almost got into a fight. That ended up with us getting into a fight about it." Artie said it calmly, but Sir Percy was the one who snorted beside her. He raised his glass, along with his eyebrows.
