The room was pristine, and its modern decor was a stark contrast to the tense atmosphere crackling in the air. 

Steve Hook, CEO of Pears, stood behind his desk with an expression clouded with fiery anger. The technical and software team, usually so confident in their roles, now appeared as if they were caught in the eye of a storm. 

Steve's eyes blazed as he glared at the group before him, his fists clenched tightly at his sides. 

"What the hell is going on here?!" Steve's voice cut through the silence like a blade. His frustration was palpable and each word dripped with anger. "We didn't have any issues during testing, so why the hell are we now facing problems with the iPhone 15 and 14?! This is unacceptable!" 

The engineers and developers exchanged uneasy glances. Carla, the lead engineer, hesitated before stepping forward, her face flushed and her hands nervously clutching her notepad. She cleared her throat, trying to steady her voice.
