Now, I'll try not to ramble too much (you'll forgive me if I do tho, I want to make this as comprehensive as possible 😉). This review will follow the basic categories provided by WN. Writing Quality: The writing quality of this novel is insane! I wouldn’t be surprised if you struggle to find a book with similar quality on this platform. It's just that good - I continue to be amazed by it every day. Amazing. Story Development: The story development thus far (I'm sure you can see how many chaps this review is made at 👀😆) has been very good. Both the male and female leads have been introduced. The pacing is neither slow nor too fast, and several conflicts have already been hinted at/brewed. Awesome. Character Design: Trace and Anaisa are both very interesting people. From the very start, we get to see who they are and how they interact with others, as well as any fascinating tidbits - e.g. Trace is a magic wielder and still yearning for a quiet life. Updating Stability: Fret not, fellow readers! Throughout the past year that I have been keeping with the Author's work, she has been extremely consistent. You can expect updates every day. Hooray! 🥳 World Background: So far, not a lot has been introduced, but you can expect a lot more. (What has been introduced tho is intriguing, so don't be put off) Lastly, I just want to say one final thing. Since this primarily aimed at a romance audience, I can reassure you and confidently state that the Author most definitely knows how to write romance, so stay tuned for this one! 🔥 Good luck, Author. This proves a perfect setup for a delightfully complicated romance between two people suddenly thrust into intimate circumstances neither of them were prepared for with a total stranger. Dispite their mutual attraction (not that they'd admit it to each other, or themselves just yet) neither is sure of how much they can trust one another, or quite able to get a read on somone they're only just starting to know. The characters are well written and belivable. You might not agree with every decision they make, but you can understand why they make them. And while they're not perfect, it's easy to see how they might be perfect for one another. The intrigue had me immidiatly hooked. Already there are antagonists who I can't wait to see get their comuppance, and to understand more about the plots and conspiracies that the main characters are tangled in. I'm looking forward to finding out more about what the magic of this world makes possible, not just dreamwalking, but other abilities hinted at as well. Now that I've caught up with the story, I'm extra grateful that it's being published regularly. I'm eager to read more! I supposed I could check out the Author's other completed story to tide me over... 😉
