Chapter 13: Tsunade
"**Kushina, get out of the way! Today, I have to teach this bastard a good lesson!"** Tsunade demanded, her eyes blazing with anger.
"**Tsunade-senpai, please wait,"** Uzumaki Kushina said, stepping in front of Senju Takuya.
"**Choosing a wife in public? This is outrageous!"** Tsunade fumed, her fists clenched.
But Kushina only smiled, a touch of helplessness in her expression. "**Sister Tsunade, you're blaming Takuya unfairly.**"
"**Blaming him? What do you mean?"** Tsunade asked, confused.
"**The idea of publicly choosing a wife was mine!**" Kushina explained with a smile.
"**Huh? You came up with it?"** Tsunade's anger turned to bewilderment. "**What's going on here?**"
With Tsunade calmer, Kushina led her to sit down in the courtyard. "**Takuya has been working tirelessly to restore the Senju clan's glory. But no matter how strong he is, he's just one person. A clan's prosperity depends on its population.**"
Kushina touched her stomach gently. "**Even if I have one child a year, how many can I have alone? That's why I thought of this plan. Takuya was reluctant at first.**"
Tsunade fell silent, reflecting on the decline of the Senju clan from its former glory. She wanted more than anyone for her clan to prosper again, but she had never thought of a way to achieve it.
"**Sister Tsunade, are you alright?**" Kushina asked, concerned.
"**I'm fine. It's just that this plan sounds so... unorthodox,**" Tsunade said slowly.
"**I know it's unconventional,"** Kushina replied, her eyes earnest. "**But I don't want the Senju clan to vanish like the Uzumaki clan. We need more people, more descendants to carry on our legacy.**"
Seeing Tsunade's troubled expression, Kushina continued, "**Sister Tsunade, think about it. If you're worried about Takuya bullying me, I have a solution.**"
"**What way?**" Tsunade asked, puzzled.
"**Why don't you marry Takuya too?**" Kushina said excitedly. "**With you around, he wouldn't dare bully me. Plus, your children would have the purest Senju blood.**"
"**What?!**" Tsunade stood up, shocked. "**Marry Takuya? No way!**"
"**Sister Tsunade, it makes sense. We need strong heirs, and who better than you to ensure the Senju clan's future?**" Kushina reasoned. "**Besides, do you plan to stay single forever?**"
Tsunade stammered, "**I... I can't...**"
"**Think about it. With Takuya's resources, we could offer you anything. Even 100 million ryo a year wouldn't be a problem!**" Kushina said, knowing Tsunade's weakness for gambling and money.
Tsunade couldn't help but swallow at the thought. "**No... I can win my own money!**" she protested weakly, but the temptation was clear.
Before Tsunade could respond further, she fled, unable to face the implications of Kushina's words.
Watching Tsunade's retreating form, Takuya and Kushina shared a knowing smile. They both knew Tsunade wouldn't escape their plan forever.

In the bustling streets of Konoha, villagers gathered around a newly posted announcement.
**"For the revival of the Senju Clan, after careful consideration by the Patriarch and the Matriarch, it has been decided to implement the Senju Revival Plan!**
**"Any young, healthy, and exceptional woman can apply to join the Senju Clan.**
**"The chosen women will become wives of the Senju Patriarch, Senju Takuya, and enjoy the privileges of the Senju Clan.**

**"Requirements: Single, healthy women who have never been married. Minimum strength: Chunin level.**
**"This announcement is valid indefinitely with no limit on the number of applicants!"**
The announcement caused a stir among the villagers, who remembered the grand wedding of Takuya Senju and Uzumaki Kushina not long ago.
"**I can't believe it! They're choosing wives in public!**" one villager exclaimed.
"**Is this real or some kind of prank?**" another wondered.
"**With the rewards they're offering, even I'm tempted to apply!**" a male ninja joked.
"**Reviving the Senju Clan… Takuya Senju really is something else.**"

At the heart of the Senju compound, Takuya and Kushina were busy coordinating the influx of applicants when they were interrupted by a thunderous crash. The gate had been kicked open by none other than Tsunade.
"**Senju Takuya, you get out here right now!**" she roared.
Takuya stepped forward, looking puzzled. "**What's wrong, Tsunade?**"
"**You know exactly what's wrong! This public wife selection nonsense!**"
Before Tsunade could launch into a tirade, Kushina intervened. "**Sister Tsunade, please, let me explain.**"
"**Explain? This is beyond outrageous, Kushina!**" Tsunade fumed.
"**Sister Tsunade, this is all for the sake of reviving the Senju Clan,**" Kushina began, her tone calm yet earnest. "**With so few of us left, drastic measures are necessary.**"
Tsunade hesitated, the fire in her eyes dimming as she listened. "**But…**"
"**Takuya and I both want the same thing – for our clan to thrive once more. This is the only way we could think of to ensure that,**" Kushina explained.
Seeing the sincerity in Kushina's eyes, Tsunade sighed deeply. "**Alright, I understand. But Takuya, you better treat every one of those women with respect.**"
"**Of course,**" Takuya nodded solemnly. "**This is about responsibility, not desire.**"
Tsunade's expression softened. "**Just make sure you remember that.**"
As Tsunade turned to leave, Kushina couldn't resist adding one last suggestion. "**And Tsunade, think about what I said. The Senju Clan could really use you.**"
Tsunade paused, a faint blush creeping up her cheeks. "**We'll see.**"
As she walked away, Kushina and Takuya exchanged a satisfied glance. The Senju Clan's future was starting to look a lot brighter.
