Chapter 24: CHAPTER 24 Family Matters

　　Celeste's POV

　　"Are you planning on staying?" Evelyn asked me, her mouth twisting as she glanced at me. Studying me as though I were something she stood in.

　　"For tonight at least," I replied with a friendly smile "Just until I can decide what to do," 

　　I caught my Stepmother rolling her eyes at my answer, it was clear she didn't want me there and it was probably my Fathers idea to invite me.

　　"Very well," she said with a sigh "You can sleep in your old bedroom. I'll show you there if you don't remember," her face is still sour in my presence. This woman really despised me! Just for being alive it seemed.
