Jake's POV

I made the decision to leave Celine alone. I was hurt that she was scared of me anytime we crossed paths. She would try to run away or pretend she didn't see me.

Another attack was made on a pack under my care. The rogues killed about 30 pack members and their Alpha was killed. Also, the image of his body was a very terrible sight to see. A hole was bored in his chest and his heart ripped out. His family cried in agony, his pack was disheartened. 

Also, I had to merge them with my pack and initiate them. Honestly, the issue of the killings has been alarming now and I keep receiving mails of threat from a person who calls himself my doom. And my Gramma had refused to show up to duty knowing fully well that I needed him.

"What's his passcode?" I asked Steel as we got to Scott's place.
